We ordered a shrimp and steak hibachi meal, the deep sea boom roll, a volcano roll, and cream cheese rangoons. The steak was chewy and over cooked and the rolls were both greasy and over cooked. The rice and veggies were okay. The ginger salad and the rangoons were good. We wanted to give Fuji Hibachi Express a try but definitely won’t be coming back as the food quality was lacking.

Really great people, food and service here! We’ve only ever done takeout and they have done it perfectly each time! They are across the street from us and we go at least once a month. The combo hibachi box with Chicken and shrimp is my favorite! I don’t have any pictures because it’s usually gone by the time I think to take one! If you do have an issue with anything they are good to see that the problem is fixed! Can’t wait to go back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
You will wait 20 minutes for your food to come out every time you dine in. It gets frustrating especially when you're the only customer in the building. Food is good but the wait time is terrible.

The food is great and the pricing is reasonable. I have a huge problem with asking for tips on an order made online. I thought I was ordering delivery when it asked for a tip only to find out (my fault completely) that it was for a pick up. Why should I give you a tip for making food at a restaurant? I’m coming to get it and I literally put my own order into the computer.
