I’ve been a customer at this Gators since it opened. Today was very disappointing! Simple lunch order; bowl of French Onion soup & a steak & cheese sandwich. The soup tasted old and some what burned. The sandwich was ok but the Cole slaw was warm and tasted rancid.
My family and I have had many good meals here but lately they just don’t seem to care!!??

We gave Gator’s another chance, after they repeatedly messed up our orders.. and here we are again! We got take out and we have missing items. Lesson learned and we won’t be back again.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH…Ordered food through DoorDash. The order was wrong when we received it. Contacted the South Lakeland store upon discovering the issue. Spoke to the manager on duty who was rude and completely unapologetic. Despite the fact his staff prepared the order wrong, he was unwilling to fix the issue and said I would need to speak with DoorDash.
