This our 2nd time eating here and the food was even better the second time around. We had amazing service and drinks at the bar. Ryan was amazing and very attentive. He made me one of the best coconut margaritas I've had.

Went to the restaurant on 7.12; server made a mistake when it came to the checks. Was told my total was $117.85 but received notice today from my credit card company that they actually charged $175.65, without my permission. I called and spoke first to manager Devin, who promised to call right back once he reviewed the transaction. One and a half hours later, I called to follow up and got manager Christian. Issue of fraud still not corrected. I have to wait for him to contact his corporate. Last trip there, for sure.

GrillSmith Lakeland is my family's go-to brunch spot! I'm always torn between the salmon bruschetta and the filet egg rolls - yum! My family always, always, ALWAYS requests Gabi. She has great suggestions and is always patient with my family's somewhat obnoxious style of ordering food. 5 Stars!

Veteran's day meal brought us here. What a wonderful experience! Fantastic server, Brandy! Great drinks and the salads, OMG! We drove over from Winter Haven. Best steaks! You now have a forever customer! Well done and thank you!

The breakfast I wouldn't say it was terrible, but I wouldn't get the biscuits and gravy and tater tots were to greasy for me and my husband liking.

Called and ordered a salmon salad for me and a scoop of ice cream for my daughter. Pulled into to go spot a few minutes early and let them know I was in spot 1. 30 minutes later walked in to ask about my food. I was ignored by several staff members and then finally had to ask one about my food. She took my name and never came back. Finally after 45 minutes had to walk into kitchen where they said oh yeah we overcooked your salmon and are making a new one. I said thanks for letting me know and told them they could forget the order as I needed to get daughter home. Called to speak to manager and told her what happened. She responded okay and hung up on me. Grillsmith service has gone so far down hill it’s not funny.

Arrived at 5:25 and the wait was so long, they did not take my name down cause there were so many reservations, I had to explain to the manager that it was my granddaughter's birthday and she got us a table. Food amazing, waitress was the best!

Oh wow Ryan!!!( behind the Bar) I believe-remembered us from last year and everything we ordered and liked. This time my anniversary and this place !!!!and him Did not Disappoint us at all. Awesome Filets. And-pub Pretzels. Wow. But the drinks were spot on too. !!❤️ definitely a return customer ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️? Go there you won’t be disappointed

I've been to Grillsmith three times. Each time, I've ordered something different and I've been satisfied with the meal every time. The food is really good. On had the steak with chimichuri sauce last time and it was perfect! I will make two comments that are more critical: 1. The host/hostess is always rude... all three times it's been someone new and all three times it's been the same cold short temperment and 2. the menus are disgustingly filthy. I touched them with two fingers then when they were collected, I used sanitzer to clean my hands and the table.
FOOD POISONING. I ate the Bourbon salmon salad and spent 1.5 hrs in the bathroom, at 1am, eliminating it by puking and the most painful cramps, sweating & diarrhea. I called and spoke to a manager before writing this review and she said "probably something didn't agree with you"...you think?! I let her know the other 5 people i was with were fine, but i know 100% that it was the salad and i don't want someone else to go through what i went through or worse. I also let her know i wasn't calling to get anything from them, just to make them aware. She offered absolutely no apology..nothing! I felt so insignificant. All she said was she'll speak to the choux chef. Take my review as you like! Just a little warning. Also, service was super slow, even though our server was super nice. Hard pass
