Herby's is your typical,, crowded diner. My favorite dish is their Meat Eater Omelet. Try it with a grilled croissant or biscuit. Grits and home fries are excellent. For lunch, their chicken salad sandwich, served on a croissant, is excellent and filling. Servers are attentive and accommodating. On a typical morning, Herby's is full of regulars, because we know we'll enjoy good food at a reasonable price, and we'll leave feeling we were appreciated for our patronage.

Herbys sucks now. I had the waffle it was terrible... everything tasted bland and greasy. The New owners are terrible.

We went for breakfast and it did not disappoint. Food was very good. Came out just as we ordered and pretty quickly. Dont miss out on the cinnamon roll. It's homemade and delicious.

Been there a couple times for breakfast, Stephanie was our server both times ! She was great , very fast even when the place was busy ,and our drinks were always full . Very kind and patient. All around great service and food was also great. Will come again!

The home fries were huge, slimy chunks. They advertised home made cinnamon buns. They weren't even baked in house. They told us after we got it that the normal guy was on vacation.. there was more icing than roll. Apparently it was cream cheese icing.. it didn't say that either.

It was super busy, so we were excited. Highly disappointed.

I had a terrible experience at Herby’s in Lakeland, FL. My meal was completely ruined when I found particles in my food — something that should never happen in any restaurant. It was unappetizing and unacceptable. I lost my appetite immediately, and the lack of care in food preparation was very disappointing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness and quality.

Food wasn't great but worst was wait for a waitress. 2 waitress? 1? 1 food runner? They seemed confused so I was. 2 ladies but only 1 could take my order? We definitely felt side lined here. Lady also spent too much time talking to regulars when people still needed help. Younger girl seemed not all with it. Maybe a bad day but it honestly felt like we weren't regulars so we didn't matter
