This place has roaches and they serve old food because they don’t get enough business, do not go to this hibachi express. It is disgusting and the workers are miserable. The food is overpriced and nasty. I truly do not know how this place still exist

The food was extremely disappointing. I live on north side so I normally go to socrum location. Food is always so good. I decided since I was visiting my boyfriend on South side I would try the one off county line by his home. I ordered shrimp tempura sushi roll,and two entree,extra yumyum sauce totaling around $40. The trio I had of steak,shrimp,and chicken there was lots of chicken three pieces of steak and three shrimp. The steak was over cooked and dry. The shrimp tasted old and dry. My fried rice was very dry and tasted old and reheated. The tempura roll I ate one piece and threw away. I'm a nurse and worked over 13 hrs. From that morning getting off I never slept I went to my son's soccer game then took my 2 year old to emergency room. By the time I settled down it was around 5. I was hungry and looking forward to rest and a really good meal. I knew I could count on hibachi Express. However this location was very disappointing and I will never eat there again. My boyfriend said noodles were ok. Maybe I should have got that. But very disappointed. Waste of $40. I will not recommend any one eat there. Very very disappointed.

Everything was very dry. Veggies were not cooked all the way. Yum yum sauce was very liquidy. Shrimp yakasoba was a very small portion of basic Ramen noodles with only 5 pieces of shrimp on top.

Always get the shrimp, and it is always great. The place is clean and everyone one is always friendly. When the manager Gigi is there she has a big smile, and is very friendly. Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots.
Slowest hibachi ever. I’ve visited the n and s lakeland locations as well as plant city, and this location a few times. This is by far the SLOWEST location, just for 2 orders of nothing but noodles I waited over 20 mins. Every visit to this location is the same

For a fast food atmosphere, the wait for takeout was pretty long. The dining area seemed clean enough and the windows gave a lot of natural light. The vegetable noodles were just ok. Perhaps if you ate there, it won't be soggy, but by the time I got home, the vegetables were very overdone and the flavor was mediocre.
The person at the front desk was friendly and courteous, but considering it was takeout, no utensils nor soy sauce was included.
Not many vegetarian options, and zero non-meat protein - surprisingly limited for an Asian restaurant. The avocado rolls were just ok, basically what you can grab from a grocery store - personally, I prefer the ones from Publix because at least it has sesame seeds. And the vegetable noodles were just okay.
