The service was nice, and I'm always on the lookout for local businesses, but the food here is mediocre at best. I don't know if it's because I'm more accustomed to food with a bit more flavor, but maybe I'm just not the target demographic. Would not recommend.
Unassuming little place on the corner of a shopping center. Plenty of room inside and a great menu including all day breakfast which made my wife smile.
I didn't care for the sadwich, The Gobbler, It was dry and the bread wasn't fresh. They did change out the bread for me. My husband had an unremarkable club sandwich. I thought it a little too expensive for what we got.
Vegetarian options: Salads.
Parking: Lots of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and bathroom has enough room as well.
I live within walking distance and visit here frequently. The food is well prepared and delicious. Very friendly staff. Prices are good too. I like trying new places but find myself returning again and again.
My friend and I went in for lunch today, just wanted a nice good meal since she spent the last few days without electricity. The waitress came right over and took our drink order and brought us menus. She came back with our drinks and asked us if we were ready to order and we said we needed a few more minutes, But it was around 15 minutes before anyone came back to take our order we just kept staring at them but nobody came to help us and the place was more than 2/3 empty. She ordered Eggs and grits and I ordered A piece of cake.. Her eggs and grits came out after about 15 minutes but I still didn't have my cake and it was at least another 10 minutes. We were still OK with this but no one ever came to our table and asked us if we needed anything, if we needed any more drinks, nothing. I finally got up and walked to another table and took some coffee Creamer off another table, then I walked up to the counter and asked for a To go Box. I was so aggravated I walked over to pay my bill, I still left a good tip but I'm so disappointed for how we were treated. And maybe they were just having a bad day, but I'll never go back!
Great neighborhood breakfast location, not your average diner! Screaming Bean Cafe inside offers any specialty coffee you might want. California girl with chorizo omelette and biscuits and gravy came out quickly and were excellent! High quality food and creative menu of breakfast options. Friendly service and hometown feel. Oh, and there is a very tempting dessert case, which I will remember for take out.
Good food. Nice people. Only complaint is everytime we order the kids their silver dollar pancakes, either they come out so small the kids are still hungry, or they come out so big we end up throwing one away. Need some consistency there but that'd miniscule. I recommend!
Great food, generous helpings and staff was friendly. Our family enjoyed breakfast and we are making sure to keep this place in mind when we travel back up in this area. We will be stopping again.
We have ordered a French dip to go before and it was very good. It is our favorite French dip of all time, however this order was sub par. The bread isn't toasted AT ALL and the meat is not very seasoned. I also did not ask for 40%less fat chips. Disappointed.
The fist time I went in there it was good food and decent service. We just went back and we where told to seat ourselves and we did. No one came to our table to even bring menus. We sat there for 10 minutes. No one greeted us, brought us menus or a water. And it was not busy, they only had a handful of tables in the whole restaurant. There where 4 ladies just standing at their take out counter with a box of menus beside all of them and no one bothered to bring anything over. Also it seemed like their ac wasn’t working because it was really hot on the side of the restaurant we sat in, and that’s a big problem in FL summer time.

Great food & friendly service
Hostess was sweet, however this was my first time here to grab a to go breakfast and it was horrible. First I guess the kitchen messed up and had a confusion with my ticket. Then when I was giving my food I got to the car and thank goodness I opened it up. My eggs were supposed to be scrambles they came out over easy and they never gave me the biscuit for the gravy. I went in to grab the biscuit I was given a biscuit and it was cold. I had no time to wait for them to redo the egg, very disappointed.
Let me start by saying the service at this establishment is great! The employees are attentive, welcoming and very nice. But the true highlight is their food!!! IT'S DELICIOUS! Truly a hidden gem and recommend against any chain restaurants. Great food, great portions and locally owned. Proud to support a local restaurant of this caliber.
We stopped while traveling for breakfast. The service was great, portions are more than generous and the food was great! I had the blueberry granola pancakes and extra crispy bacon as I requested. Yummy! And I brought half of it home for tomorrow's breakfast!
Service is good. Food is average. Speed is good. Restaurant clean. Local clients. We order a Phyllis Sandwich and a Omelets, taste was average. Coffee was meh Best thing were the fries. Paid aprox $35 for 2 persons. Not returning.
