Stopped in randomly tonight. Food was super fresh and everyone seemed to be working hard. The bartender was super sweet heart. After cashing out I walked out to a dead battery in my car. Both the manager and one of the cooks came out and helped me get the car jump started while I was waiting in AAA. Too many people take the time to complain when things aren’t right so I felt the need to speak up when they are. Thank you’ll very much. Keep up the good work

Hello: Welcoming and friendly environment that gifted the enjoyment and excitement of the organizations pulse. Stopped by for fries, due to veganism, and handed a poem I wrote called "Humble Apologies" to the hostess, 5/19/2024, within the organization to help love spread more into their roads. Fantastic service and friendly interaction with the woman working. The bartender's personality and overall friendliness in customer service - extravagant. Fantastic hires with the women you have here - seemingly, almost a foundation of all hooter's franchises. God Bless, John German.

I've been going to Hooters since shooters only had 2 restaurants. Something has changed in the sauce we added to our wings. You now taste a buttery taste and the wings weren't crispy like normal. More mushy than anything. The Pretzel appetizer was extremely good, we were really impressed.

The Futrell Family
Our experience was a good one. Our waitress was great. She was attentive and made sure to offer refills. I liked the fact that she kept checking on us. We ordered the Mozzarella sticks, 1/2 pound shrimp, fried pickles and the Daytona wings. They came out fresh and tasted good. My VIP drink was a little weak but as expected I will return to try some other things.

Our waitress, Stephanie was amazing! It was her second day on the job but she was better than most servers!! We absolutely loved her.
We just had the best service from Stephanie! It is apparently her second day so I knew I had to come on here and let you know she did a GREAT job. She was attentive, fun, accommodating, she checked all the boxes for sure!

Saturday night, 7pm, Party of 4 walked in and was immediately told it would be one hour before we would be seated or food was available. ( not hello, welcome in, how are y’all doing). Scanning the restaurant you could see at least a dozen empty tables and most of the full tables had food. Was told to leave our cell phone number and they would call to seat us. Never got a call. Went down the road to Dukes and enjoyed our night there.
The staff was very friendly and polite.
