I went to this store all the time when I lived in South Lakeland, and I was in the neighborhood Friday and decided to get some tea. I asked for a gallon of sweet regular and sweet coconut. I was given a gallon of unsweetened tea, and I was going to be in the neighborhood again today so I called and explained what happened, I spoke to a complete coward on the phone. She didn't tell me to bring a receipt or the gallon of unsweetened tea. She told me to explain at the window and they would replace it. She LIED. I show up and the black haired lady said who I spoke to told me to bring the gallon and they would replace it free of charge. SHE DID NOT. LYING COWARD. She lied to her employees and said she told me to bring the gallon back, why wouldn't I have if I knew? Look at this. Sitting in my fridge because it's disgusting unsweetened tea. So to the coward who could've at least admitted she messed up and forgot to tell me, instead I was told it's " policy." I get it. But I was lied to and misinformed and instead of giving me WHAT I PAID FOR I was told they won't until I bring the other one back. I'm in north Lakeland, I'm not driving 30 minutes to replace tea. I just won't ever go again. Hire adults instead of coward ass liars who won't even face me. Here's proof I have the tea. ?

Tl;dr be careful when you buy from them and it's not labeled. Check your order before you drive off.

Fast service with a friendly staff that make amazing teas. I believe they have drink options other than tea, but we tried two different teas with wonderful flavors. If you're in the mood for something different to drink give them a try. We will be back to try new flavors soon.

So many flavors. Can mix any combo. Multiple unsweetened options as well as sweetened versions. Also offers lemonade. Price is on par with a restaurant, but taste is superior.

Went through drive through with best friend. This was my first time here. Had a small Georgia peach tea. Very good. I'll be returning.

If you have a sweet tea lover, you have to check it out. You can sample all the flavors. We went in to get sweet tea, but left with blueberry lemonade. So good. Lots of healthy prepackaged snacks too.

Buyer beware! As soon as they notice you are a happy hour regular, they will tell you they made the "executive decision" right then and there to change their happy hour offer from half prize for one, to BOGO. All this for just flavored water LOL...?

Wow! This is my first time here and I am floored how good the tea is and the people working here are so friendly and helpful!

I look forward to coming back more frequently especially on happy hour times between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. You can't beat the deal for high quality tea in so many different flavor combinations!

Love HTeaO, but I wish there was one in Orlando near Disney!! They’re all an hour+ from me!

Loads of variety, unlimited toppings and you can sample on your own before you buy! Mint tea is super good!
