I only give 4 stars, it's normally outstanding service and very friendly, but today a older lady was just very rude the whole time,
And the reason I'm making the review is because, I asked for parmesan and red pepper flakes, i got 2 of each, so I politely asked for a few more, and the lady very loudly grunted and said " are you kidding me" gave it to me and slammed the door.
And to my understanding there was 0 tension in the conversation, just her being rude.

Very very rude customer service over talks the customers does not know how to make a pizza all the toppings are in the middle of the pizza subs are drenched in butter so you have grease running to your elbows how disgusting and not clean at all

It's extremely disappointing to order a steak sub that you'd expect to have some steak on. Delivery was almost an hour wait. Even if the place is busy there's no excuse for the workers to shake the spoon on the ingredients. Give me your opinion. I'm attaching 2 photos of a poorly made sub. I won't be ordering anything else from any hungry Howie's ever again. Here I come Papa John's.....

Why give an option for flavored crust when your not going to follow directions and add it to my pizza? And why are you rushing to cook my pizza? It was so undercooked I had to place napkins on top of the pizza to soak up the grease and throw it in the oven to finish cooking it. The three cheese bread was the same! Employees need to learn how to follow directions and do better! The little girl at the front desk tonight 10/05/2024 also needs to learn customer service!! Around 7pm

everything was going good until the delivery driver decided to take all the money for himself and never gave our change back. they even got a tip and just fled with all the money. and yall kept changing the price of the dang pizzas too. yall should do better. never ordering from that place again. stealing dang money we needed.
