I ordered a large stuffed bacon and extra cheese pizza with butter cheese crust along with a side of sauce and a can of Pepsi and was charged $32.64. I got home and opened my box of pizza and I DID NOT get butter cheese on my crust nor did I get stuffed crust or extra cheese! I’m highly disappointed that I ONLY got a regular large bacon pizza for the price of a stuffed crust!!! Will not be ordering from this lakeland hwy 98N hungry howies again!

I placed an order for 2 medium pizzas on February 14 2024 at 4:45 pm online,... Sat outside my house on the side of my garage until 6 pm and no pizzas.... I called this store to find out where my order was, and was told "it was delivered to a house with 2 barking dogs and the driver said they saw the house number on the house"..... First of all, I only have one dog, not to mention my house number is not only on my house, but also on my mailbox..... The driver gave my pizzas to my neighbor next door.. they was cold,and not to mention the order was late...I called and complained to the manager and all they could tell me was " mistakes happen" well of course they do, but when it comes to a customers food,... Anything can happen....how do I know someone didn't tamper,or and a strange substance to my pizza?.... All the manager could tell me is she can give me 50% off my next order..... No thanks, I'll never order from this place again

The pizza, salad and Howie bread and Italian subs are great. The Three Cheese Howie bread is a must. The salad was fresh and delicious.
If I could give them negative stars I would.They overcharged my card by $18! I disputed the charge for them charging me the wrong amount when it was originally a different amount. Playing around with people money is NOT funny.

This people dont understand what cross-contamination means. The manager Ginger told me to just swap the already opened box and ate few slices, give it to them and just swap it. Not wanting to return my money. Even tho they were the ones that did not make the order right, using bbq sauce instead of Buffalo sauce, they wanted to blame us the customers because we ate a few slices.

I want to compliment store number 135 for superior service. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 11:02 and received my pizza by 11:21. The employee who took my order was excellent and the delivery driver was very friendly and way more than on time! Cara, thanks for the tip to leave a Google review. You guys keep up the great work.
