Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

My food was excellent, cooked just right, I did get the steak and cheese sub. I would say it was truly delicious.

The store on Shepherd Road is the dirtiest Hungry Howie’s I have ever been in. It is tucked in the corner of a convenience store. The people making the food are polite and rarely make a mistake. The food is good and it is close to my house.

TERRIBLE! I had ordered an Antipasta Salad. It should have salami and all it had was ham. NO SALAMI! I was offered a re make again NO SALAMI. I guess they don't know how to make an Antipasta Salad. I will be going instead to South Florida Hungry Howies from now on. They know how to make Antipasta Salad.

I had great service at the counter when picking up my takeout order. Our order was cooked to perfect and was delicious! Great place to grab some take out pizza in the southwest lakeland corner where restaurants are scarce!

Very disappointed I order two subs and a MEATBALL sub . I get home and it looks like a Philly steak . They want me to bring it back after I already gotten home. I asked if I could just get a credit I don’t know how a manager can’t just do a credit to my account . Very disappointed in the service. I got proof but it has my number on the receipt so I don’t wanna post it on the internet

Place sucks!!! Takes forever to get your order, then when you do the pizza is so flat missing sauce almost like a piece of cardboard with cheese on it. called up there a they act like your bothering them!

Ordered a pizza online for 3:45, paid for it. Arrived at 4:18 to pick them up and noticed the two girls behind the counter were too busy talking crap because I didn't pick it up at 3:45 to notice I was standing there. "We should charge by the hour." I'm sorry, in what way is this affecting you? It was prepaid for and there definitely weren't a thousand pizzas waiting to be picked up so the little bit of room mine took up didn't affect anything. If I get cold pizza, thats on me. You still get paid the same. Maybe work on your customer service skills.

As it February 09 the store made a mistake on n the order , my wife she didn’t want to eat the pizza, after calling the store i spoke with the night manager she didn’t want to identify her self , she said it’s okay to remake it ,then she asked to bring the pizza back and it’s more than the half ,i told her yes i will bring it, then she called back to make sure to bring the pizza back more to not waste the drive ,and she was super rude, I just finding it insulting to not trust the customer and questioning me and keep insisting on something that i already confirmed that i will do.

I usually order from the locations in plant city which have always been good but i dont recommend this location. The wings I think were spoiled or close to it they had a really bitter taste, so I didn't even finish them. the pizza was okay, but the quality wasn't as good as the other locations tbf. Wouldn't go back with my experience. I would rather stick to the other locations.
