Ordered a pizza online for 3:45, paid for it. Arrived at 4:18 to pick them up and noticed the two girls behind the counter were too busy talking crap because I didn't pick it up at 3:45 to notice I was standing there. "We should charge by the hour." I'm sorry, in what way is this affecting you? It was prepaid for and there definitely weren't a thousand pizzas waiting to be picked up so the little bit of room mine took up didn't affect anything. If I get cold pizza, thats on me. You still get paid the same. Maybe work on your customer service skills.

As it February 09 the store made a mistake on n the order , my wife she didn’t want to eat the pizza, after calling the store i spoke with the night manager she didn’t want to identify her self , she said it’s okay to remake it ,then she asked to bring the pizza back and it’s more than the half ,i told her yes i will bring it, then she called back to make sure to bring the pizza back more to not waste the drive ,and she was super rude, I just finding it insulting to not trust the customer and questioning me and keep insisting on something that i already confirmed that i will do.

I usually order from the locations in plant city which have always been good but i dont recommend this location. The wings I think were spoiled or close to it they had a really bitter taste, so I didn't even finish them. the pizza was okay, but the quality wasn't as good as the other locations tbf. Wouldn't go back with my experience. I would rather stick to the other locations.

I got a cold incorrect order, which I had delivered, and gave both a credit card tip and a cash tip to the driver.I called the location and was told to personally return the pizza for a refund or have a new pizza delivered and give back the incorrect one. I originally took the second offer but changed my mind because this isn't the first time I got cold pizza, and I was scared they would do something to the pizza because I complained. I called back and canceled the delivery of the "correct $8 pizza" and offered to bring back the $25 pizza and wings that were incorrect. But my car got back later than expected, so this morning, $25 was thrown out with the trash. I left my feedback with their corporate office, and I'll never order from here again. I take full responsibility because I said I wouldn't order from here in the past because deliveries are always cold and should have followed my first mind and ordered from Palace Pizza.

I absolutely will not give you another chance to get more money from me without providing a product I can actually eat. Furthermore, this isn't just about the driver. It's about the cook as well that made the pizza wrong to begin with. Cold pizza can be warmed, which is why I never complained before. But this pizza was just wrong all together, and I honestly think it was a pizza with similar ingredients that someone did not pick up, and they decided to give it to me. I've even deleted my app. Pictures of your incorrect $25 delivery in my trash for pick up today.

HORRIBLE! Save yourself from my awful experience and do not order here. I ordered online and it said it would be a 60 minute wait. An hour and 15 minutes passed and my food had not been delivered. I called and spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude and short with me. She told me the wait was 2 1/2 hours and I was incorrect about the online time of 60 minutes. She said they could deliver it in 45 minutes. I waited another hour and I still had no food. I called back asking where my food was and the manager yelled at me and hung up.

No customer service or care! Literally could not get any help from employees. Said my order would be done in 10 more minutes and waiting another 30 minutes to be told the food was in the oven. Poor service.

Absolutely no pizza sauce and dry. This is the second time I've ordered bad pizza from this location, never again. Hungry Howie's needs to pull their franchise license from this location (Shepherd road) inside the quicky mart. I wouldn't care if it was wacky Wednesday $5 day but the pizza was $19 and hardly edible. It's hard to mess up a Cheese Pizza (14" Large) but they did... twice .. Dont waste your money.

Was quoted 45 minutes to an hour. Called at an hour to see how long it would be and the pizza was still not picked up. Manager (woman) tells me to call back in 10 minutes. I called back 20 minutes later and the order had just been picked up and on its way. No communication about the quoted time, ask for some kind of refund for the horrible customer service and the manager (older white girl black hair) voids our whole order and as the driver is pulling up (Michael), tells him to not drop the pizza off and he pulls off like a bat out of hell and almost hit me. This place gives hungry Howie’s a bad name and will never order from this place ever again. Go to plant city and see Ali if you want a good hungry Howie’s experience.

Normally do Domino's. Took a chance on Hungry Howies. Food was horrible. Going back to Domino's.

We use to love Hungry Howie's as a family, but this location really has declined! It's already small inside a convenient store! They said 20 min for pickup and it was over an hour this time! Had 5 people behind the counter working but kept using the excuse they only had one stove. But nothing has changed the last few times we've tried. Just sad, but won't be visiting this location again. 3 strikes and we are done!

I use to live in Florida had access to Hungry Howie all the time then we moved to Georgia no more Hungry Howie near me for about 7 years, so when I recently visited Mulberry Florida we got Hungry Howie and it was fantastic just like I remembered. Hungry Howie has never let me down simply delicious

Sub was made incorrectly. I reached out to the store to request it to be remade & was told it would be. When it didn’t arrive an hour later, I called to check the status. A young girl answered and unfortunately had to play telephone between me and a SCREAMING male employee who I assume was the manager on duty. He went off on a tangent, essentially claiming I was lying about having requested a remake and then continued to scream. I felt horrible for the young girl acting as the go-between and eventually disconnected to call corporate so she didn’t have to continue being the go-between since she sounded anxious. I cannot stress enough how weird it was. I HATE inconveniencing others so I was overly polite requesting the remake and the dude seemed to take it as a personal insult. I’ve reached out to corporate for a refund, but they say there’s nothing they can do because it’s up to the franchise owner. I’ll update my review based on how it’s handled from here but I’ve requested a refund of the sub & delivery fee, but not the soda or driver tip.
