The service, spectaular...as fast as can be. My Chicken (very FRESH!) Avocado sandwhich and fries were awesome! So why would you ruin it all with the 2 of the 2 for 1 by serving both 10oz beers together before the salad arrived? So, I'm guaranteed a flat, cool 10oz draft beer? What's up CHILI'S CORPORATE?? Bait and switch? Is it your POS system or your servers memory and where's my other 4 ozs of beer? At applebee's I get my cold, freshly poured 24 oz in my 2 for 1, one beer at a time. If Applebee's can do it, why can't you?? Just because we're seniors doesn't mean we forgot a draft beer is generally 12 oz and we still like our beer COLD, WITH A HEAD!

This is one of our favorite places to go for a quick bite to eat & they're also open late in Lakeland too! Raven is amazing! She's friendly, attentive & really goes above and beyond to make sure all of her customers are happy! She's genuine & has a great personality too, so we make a point to go to Chilis "on the days that she's working." Our favorites are the chipotle honey chicken crispers, the sampler appetizer platter & the Smokehouse combos! Thank you, Raven, for making this one of our favorite places for a late dinner. :-)

Order from Uber eats , over and hour went by then I get a call from the driver stating they did not have the wings . And took a ridiculous amount of time to get my refund
Ordered garlic parm wings and there sauce is red and kinda spicy did not like it at all. The curly fires were cold and really chewy like they were old. Called and complained made me a new order and same things fries were chewy and terrible and the boned in wings were hard and chewy. Worst wings ive ever had ill never order them again

Wings are not good. They were baked, not smoked as stated they would be. Not cooked enough and no flavor. Curbside is a joke. Money down the drain

The worst Chili's we've ever been to. Slow service and poor quality food . My burger was raw! My broccoli was wilted. It took forever for anyone to come to our table and the restaurant was not full.
