Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Terrible experience. Wings had NO sauce. And our dry rub order was drowning in sauce. Fries were gross and inedible. Total waste of $30.
Food was good, but I did not get my entire order thar I paid for and they would not answer the phone when I called. Not ordering again.

The wings are not cooked hard enough, very bland, wings was to pale for my liking, the sauce wasn't even sticking to the wings I had to re-fry all my wings in my air fryer

Ordered from here a few times and there’s always an issue. Today was my first time doing curbside & god forbid I expected hot food… cold and old as usual and all of my 44 wings were sauceless…. Over it.

Wings arrived cold. The sauce was bland, fries were stiff, and a quarter of the order was missing. Between Its Just Wings, Chilis (the ghost kitchen), and Doordash, we have been on the phone for at least an hour. This has been off and on since our orded arrived about five hours ago. Doordash is the only one who will answer, and all they can tell us us that they left a message got IJW/Chilis. All we're trying to do is get a refund for the portion of the order we didn't get, but apparently even that is too much to ask.
