The last two times we were there they were sweeping the floor and those metal chairs make a hell of a racket. You gotta sweep the floors before you open to keep the noise down. You could not carry on a conversation with your guest. Frustrating and annoying.
I love j Burns Pizza. So this is not meant to be a negative review. Their food is top quality and delicious, but whoever just took my over the phone order needs some customer service training

The bigger issue was the crust. It came out pretty burnt and hard, which made it tough to enjoy. The flavor wasn’t bad overall, but the overcooked crust and lack of noticeable extra cheese took away from the experience.
