They was so rude the ladies and the young man. They gave me mostly bones not ones with a lot of meat on them! They will never get my money again. I got 2 oxtails plates and never again there! The food was nasty!

I will say this, staff is friendly and the oxtail is good, it's the only plate I eat from there. I support your business because it's the closest to what I'm used to after living in South Florida for years. However, I suggest using another container size for a large oxtail, no disrespect but it's embarrassing for the price and what you serve. The container is too big for the small portion of a large, it almost seemed like a small. Another thing I suggest, is asking your customers about another option if you're out of a side order. With that being said, Thank you for your services!!!.

Good Food an majority of the staff is very friendly except for the tall boy with glasses he always acts like he has stank attitude an like he doesn’t want to be there an I paid $32 for 11 oxtails when the lady was making my plate he closed the lid midway while she was still scooping like as if she was putting too much and I come here a lot but the last 3 times we’ve came here he’s made me not wanna come back. Too skimpy for expensive prices a they never use to be like that.

My mom ordered a plate from them initially she just wanted a side of oxtails but they said they couldn’t do that she had to get a plate with rice and she said well can I have the cabbage with oxtails instead they also said no. She got rice and oxtails for 27$ they over charged her meal and it was very little food 2 pieces of oxtail and a spoonful of rice. Another gentleman asked for the same thing behind us they loaded his plate so much it barely closed. Unfair and unprofessional here.

Likely after the holidays. There's never ever business in there other then holidays "" not much! Owener will not up grade the place! Nor bring it to new model looks as Tampa, Brandon etc malls. Sears,Macy,American re- sale's all have left have left! Big tickets property! I hate to see it go"" ? Lakeland mall all it needs is RE-FACE!!!! Ps. You need to hve A WEEKLY DAILY SPECIAL!!!!! I ordered the plate of rice and peas, cabbage, and jerk chicken. The price was super cheap!!! The potion was amazing!!! The food was good, it wasn’t great but let’s be real it’s good food!!! The jerk chicken flavor was a little different, it has a A1 flavor to it but still good! The rice and peas topped with ox tail sauce is great!!! Corn bread was good just not warm… And cabbage was a little undercooked and unseasoned but overall it was good!!! People are polite!!!
Had the oxtails and curry goat was very good and seasoned well. The patties were great as well and the service was so personal. If you go definitely get the juices too.

The servers were extremely nice and friendly. However, the food was not good. The oxtail were tough and did not fall off the bone. It was actually a struggle to get them off the bone and were not tender (the gravy was good though). The cabbage was a little too hard for our liking and flavorless and the rice and peas were also hard. It just seems as if they might cook everything in a rush and not take time for quality food. We wouldn’t try this place again even though they were nice.

The original people are no longer working there since leaving The food here is not properly seasoned/undercooked. Oxtails too much fat! The new workers are arrogant unprofessional & provide smaller portions. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s closed down or there are new owners by the end of the year. I threw my plate in the trash !
