Ordered the oxtail with rice and cabbage then noticed they had RASTA PASTA SO I CHANGED MY ORDER TO OXTAIL AND RASTA PASTA.....OXTAIL WERE GOOD BUT THAT RASTA PASTA WAS NOT RASTING NOR PASTING IT WAS VERY DRY AND HAD A TONE OF VEGETABLE LIKE CORN SWEET PEAS STRING BEAN JUST NOT RIGHT 1ST AND LAST TIME

This place used to be good but I am not sure what happened. The lady making the the plate didn’t scoop the oxtails, instead she literally put the oxtails on the plate one by one and once she counted five on the plate, she stopped.

This was our first stop after arriving in Florida last weekend! Went there on a Friday night and got takeout. There was no line and the food was absolutely amazing. Portions were gigantic! This place is worth a visit for sure. I will be back on my next trip to Florida.

My wife and daughter enjoyed their food. I ordered J*** Pork and they gave me some kind of stew pork, and I wasn't too happy with that.The ladies working in there were very friendly though and the food is reasonably priced. Just kind of a let down that they gave me a weird stew pork instead of j*** pork like I ordered. If I knew they didn't have j*** I would've ordered stew chicken and probably would have been happy with it.

Ive been here a hand full of times, so has my family, each visit my plate is super packed. completely filled, they even show you your plate and ask if its sufficient before you buy, I cant speak for all the food there but what I order and my food is tasty. My experience!

Just don't go here food is bland and flavorless a waste of money and time portions are very small considering the price. It's not worth it all it puts in to question as to who they have cooking the food because this was absolutely terrible ugh I would never go here ever again food ended up going to the dog
I moved to Lakeland recently from a bigger city where there were tons of jamaican reservations. It was super excited to have found them. The food was good too...especially their soups ???
