Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Jeremiah's did not disappoint. It's never been before, but she was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was great, and im not a big Italian ice guy, but this place i would definitely recommend.

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in South Lakeland is hands-down one of our favorite local spots — a total gem for the whole family! From the moment you walk up to the colorful and upbeat storefront, you can feel the good vibes. The staff is always friendly, patient, and full of energy, even when the line is long (which it often is — and for good reason!).

The flavor choices are endless, and the combinations you can create with their Gelatis (layered Italian ice and soft-serve) are absolutely next level. Whether you’re a classic mango fan or like to go wild with flavors like cotton candy, root beer, or cookies & cream — there’s something for every mood and every age. The texture of the Italian ice is perfect every time — smooth, icy, and packed with flavor, not watery or bland like others. And their soft-serve? So creamy it’s addictive.

My kids are obsessed, and honestly, so am I. It’s become our go-to reward after games, a pick-me-up on hot Florida afternoons, and a no-brainer when friends visit. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous!

Such a cute place. Employees are very helpful and give samples to help you find the best flavors. Lots of different choices of Italian ice and toppings to choose from. You can pick their combos or create your own. I got the animal cracker and strawberry shortcake.

10/10 would recommend! I got the mango ice after the cashier explained the menu to me and she was sooooo nice!! Shout out to nariah, she was so welcoming. Definitely coming back.

I took my two kiddos on Saturday and the atmosphere was great. I assume the women there was the manager. She was talking to my son and I mentioned it was his birthday. She gave him a coupon for a free item that we were able to use that day and he can continue to use it until December. Not only that she asked him if he wanted to help make his ice cream. He poured the nerds to help layer it and on the last layer he made a mess. She didn’t even seem to care about the mess and as I tried to clean it up, she said “don’t worry about it, I’ll get it”. I love great customer service and we will be back again.
