Such a cute place. Employees are very helpful and give samples to help you find the best flavors. Lots of different choices of Italian ice and toppings to choose from. You can pick their combos or create your own. I got the animal cracker and strawberry shortcake.

10/10 would recommend! I got the mango ice after the cashier explained the menu to me and she was sooooo nice!! Shout out to nariah, she was so welcoming. Definitely coming back.

I took my two kiddos on Saturday and the atmosphere was great. I assume the women there was the manager. She was talking to my son and I mentioned it was his birthday. She gave him a coupon for a free item that we were able to use that day and he can continue to use it until December. Not only that she asked him if he wanted to help make his ice cream. He poured the nerds to help layer it and on the last layer he made a mess. She didn’t even seem to care about the mess and as I tried to clean it up, she said “don’t worry about it, I’ll get it”. I love great customer service and we will be back again.

The ice I got was really nice and I didn't think I even really liked Italian ice before this.

The big thing for me was how helpful the staff are. My eyesight isn't the best so I was unable to read the overhead menu. I asked for help and all of the flavors and what they were made of were read off to me. I'm so thankful for this.

At least your menu options seemed good but we wouldn't know since we walked in and no one cared to take our order. We walked in around 3:15 and left 5-6 mins later cause no one was in the front part of the store. Someone walked in to drop off a purse and as we were leaving Doordash was dropping off an order so not sure as to what was going on that they weren't available to take our order. May or may not be back.

Probably a good idea to hire an adult or two to manage the teenagers doing your business.

The Italian ice here is wonderfully good! Everyone is always friendly when I come in and order my favorite strawberry and vanilla. It’s so cool and refreshing especially for when the weather is hot. The prices are the most reasonable in all the other places I’ve been so you can afford to treat your friends and family. You can sit inside or outside.
