I got off work and very hungry so I went to this location but they were closing already but NAYELI AND BRANDON decided to help me out and made me my sandwich I wanted.They made my night and they both so kind and caring. the owner of this location on US 98 in Lakeland really needs to have a meeting with his employees on how to make a sandwich, very little was put in the sandwich, if I wanted to eat bread I would go to the supermarket

Been ordering from you all since you opened but the last 3 deliveries have been really disappointing. Whoever is managing should check orders. Bell peppers were not wanted. Gonna give you all a break for a while and go to firehouse.was a big fan of Jersey Mikes but seriously let down 😱😱🤬

Truly don’t understand how they are still open ts completely unsanitary in there I walked in and was waiting upfront for a good 5 minutes before anyone walked up to even take my order ! The worker was rude and unwelcoming there was a piece of bread left on the counter for who knows how long and he made my sandwich with it ! I’m disgusted and i definitely will not be returning or referring this to ANYBODY

it would be REALLY awesome if you actually moved the oil bottle along the sandwich. instead of putting it in ONE spot. come on, nobody wants to bite into JUST oil. and the amount of meat is NOT worth the price. $13 for mainly bread and lettuce is criminal.
