Im saddened to say I can no longer recommend this Jersey Mikes. They used to make great subs. They have significantly cheapened their subs. They've set their slicing machine to the thinest setting possible resulting in cold cuts that are as thin as paper, no kidding. So for $17, you get three layers of paper thin meats a and thin slice of cheese. Their slicing machine is set for the lowest level. Enough is enough bye bye Jersey Mikes.

It seems like it’s gotten to the point where you just have to accept the way they make your order rather than the way you want it. Even asked if they made it correctly and the manager confidently asked me if I told them to add the toppings which I did. Go anywhere else but here

Went in to get for sandwiches we were greeted by a woman that looks like she may have been a manager older past 40 at least.Get over to the slicer to place our order it was a younger lady she was sweet she took my order and then took my daughter's order she had it. The original woman that greeted us shoved her way into the slicer and push this girl essentially out of the way. She Wasn't really paying attention to our order, had she the wrong sandwich meat on the wrong breads then there was another woman that was trying to butt into the whole thing and ask us questions. I had to tell everybody to please slow down I then told her that the order was completely wrong and explained what it needed to be she huffingly took the sandwiches back My daughter ended up leaving the store because she was getting so mad. We would have essentially added a whole heck of a lot more to our order than what we did due to the behavior of this one woman. I have been going to Jersey Mike's since it opened in the original location that is well over 30 years that is probably the worst experience and it was caused by one person and one person only The rest of the crew were super nice that is the only reason I left a three

Clean, tidy and professional. Server Jonathan was especially nice and helpful when i was trying to choose a sandwich. Ive called 2x and both times the staff have been nice and friendly.
I ordered a sub and had special insttuctions for my order. I placed the customizations twice, in 2 different areas and they still did the complete opposite of what my order stated. I also ordered some side ingredients and vegetables and that also was ignored. But when i walked in the location they were laughing and playing which is probably why my order was totally incorrect. I ended up throwing the entire sandwich away.
