I'm not looking for free food. However if you screw up my order. And I come back in you do not charge me for three regulars. When I ordered one regular and one giant. The entire order was one regular number eight one giant number eight and one giant Philly cheese steak. When they discovered that they undercharge me and under delivered what I asked for. I did not mind paying the difference. I did not ask for a free sub. However whenever they charge me they charged me for a third regular. When you add up the prices that means I paid a whole $5.08 more than what the order should have been cost. Not to mention when I paid for it the first time. I left a tip. So I basically paid an extra 10 bucks for my entire order. Mind you that if I did not correct I would have had to go through Black Friday traffic which was already hell getting there. Like I said I didn't mind paying for what I bought. But I was overcharged and had to catch some mistake myself. You don't have to give me anything Jersey Mike's. Just do better bottom line.

I wanna say Catrina made me the best salad I have ever had. I definitely recommend going there and getting a salad. Last week I had a roast beef and provolone sub and it was fantastic. If you haven't had jersey mikes I definitely recommend trying it. And the service is fantastic.

Bought #13 and a Bowl. The sandwich made me sick. Did not touch the salad since food made me sick on my stomach. Toilet all night. Took the salad back to the location where purchased. Everyone remembered my visit. The new manager refused to speak with me and had worker tell me they can’t give my money back b/c something about retail. I did not fuss/argue, just left and will never eat there again. The previous management was very different, kind and friendly which is what made me a customer in the beginning. Now, I am done. Jimmy Johns it is.

Im saddened to say I can no longer recommend this Jersey Mikes. They used to make great subs. They have significantly cheapened their subs. They've set their slicing machine to the thinest setting possible resulting in cold cuts that are as thin as paper, no kidding. So for $17, you get three layers of paper thin meats a and thin slice of cheese. Their slicing machine is set for the lowest level. Enough is enough bye bye Jersey Mikes.

It seems like it’s gotten to the point where you just have to accept the way they make your order rather than the way you want it. Even asked if they made it correctly and the manager confidently asked me if I told them to add the toppings which I did. Go anywhere else but here
Went in to get for sandwiches we were greeted by a woman that looks like she may have been a manager older past 40 at least.Get over to the slicer to place our order it was a younger lady she was sweet she took my order and then took my daughter's order she had it. The original woman that greeted us shoved her way into the slicer and push this girl essentially out of the way. She Wasn't really paying attention to our order, had she the wrong sandwich meat on the wrong breads then there was another woman that was trying to butt into the whole thing and ask us questions. I had to tell everybody to please slow down I then told her that the order was completely wrong and explained what it needed to be she huffingly took the sandwiches back My daughter ended up leaving the store because she was getting so mad. We would have essentially added a whole heck of a lot more to our order than what we did due to the behavior of this one woman. I have been going to Jersey Mike's since it opened in the original location that is well over 30 years that is probably the worst experience and it was caused by one person and one person only The rest of the crew were super nice that is the only reason I left a three
