I don't think I've ever had such a crappy customer service moment especially from a restaurant. The one worker that was trying to help me was great so I'll say that. But I called because my Philly cheese was falling apart from the amount of meat grease soaked into the bread. You would've sworn I asked them for a kidney. It took so long to figure out what they were gonna do for me, I just gave up. So I used my free sub from points and paid $8 for extra meat and cheese and it was all a waste. It used to be my favorite sub place but with that kind of cust service, I will likely never go back. Very greedy company. I’m surprised they do a day of giving to a charity, I bet they keep that $$.

I reached out to Jersey mikes complaints and never received any acknowledgment of my experience, which in my opinion reflects very poor customer service. My husband and I have visited here often. Unfortunately our most recent experience will be our last. We ordered subs on the app around 6:30 on a Saturday. My bread was stale as could be. Hard as a rock. Definitely got leftover bread from days ago. I ended up just eating the meat and cheese and substituting our own bread slices we had at home. It was awful. I reached out letting JM know how disappointed I was in the sub and never heard back. I value those who want customers to have a good experience and it seems like this establishment doesn’t care. There prerogative but I will be spending my $ elsewhere moving forward.

I understand you say you apologize and reach out to Jersey Mike’s address below with your experience and location etc. I did that twice and never heard a thing. If you’re not receiving notice of the complaints you may want to look into that further because this was done two times already

Staff is incredibly rude.

Unless you want attitude when checking on your order, that’s over 25 minutes late, don’t go here. The woman was rude, condescending and acted like it was ridiculous that I wanted an order update. She told us we could “wait, or leave”. I asked another person picking up an online order what time it said it theirs would be ready. His order came in after mine, yet was ready 10 minutes before. I’m not sure if they forgot us or what but the woman’s attitude was insanely inappropriate.

We were the first 2 people in all we needed is an Italian and a Philly cheesesteak. They guy started my sandwich and then moved on to helping 3 other people and answering the phone all this time never started my husband’s sandwich. I had already paid then he started my husband’s sandwich, I asked how long he said 3 minutes. After the sandwich was done he didn’t ask if there was anything he wanted on it or anything. Also had a major attitude while handing it to my husband. Poor customer service. Will not be back

Always under staffed . Food takes way to long. 49 min for 3 subs.. we stop coming as much only 1x per month vs 4x per month. Food is a 4 to 5 star. Staff is great. Wait time .. I can cook faster and eat at home. Never mind spending money. But my time is something I will never get back. Owner should sell to someone that can run it correctly.
