I had the pleasure of visiting Jersey Mike’s Subs here in Lakeland, Florida and I have to say — Helena, Cia, and Kaila (new hire) completely blew me away with their professionalism, class, and energy. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, organized, and full of pride in what they do.

These three ladies didn’t just make a sandwich… they crafted a TRUE Philly hoagie experience with precision, teamwork, and genuine customer care. Every step — from greeting, preparation, and presentation — showed elite-level service that represents the brand at the highest standard.

Helena’s leadership presence, Cia’s attention to detail, and Kaila’s impressive confidence as a new hire created a perfect example of what world-class hospitality looks like. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the food and the way customers are treated.

Always the tastiest subs ANYWHERE. 5 stars all the way!

Just put in an order for a group of 15 people and prepaid. When we came to get the order, they had the wrong time and we had to cancel. This has happened before. I'm through choosing them.

Was there today and my order was not made. Waited in line to pay for my wife and my sandwich and my philly was not even on the grill. Completely dropped the ball. Followed by a fake apology. 6 people behind the counter. Will not spend any of my money here again.

insane, i work at a jersey mikes about 16 hours away and i was excited to see what the one here was like. absolute awful customer service, lady at the slicer i could hardly hear. talking under her breath etc. needs major customer service work

Was so excited to see they had Mountain Dew code red! That’s usually not in fast food places so that was cool! Everyone here today was very welcoming and happy to help. Fast and wonderful service! Great job guys!

The bread tasted a little old and I always order #8 which has bacon. I was asked if I wanted bacon. What's the sense of getting a sandwich with bacon if you don't want it? Otherwise it was pretty good.

Not a great experience this go around. Waited a while to have a hot sub started with Noone really in the store. 2pm isn't a good time for Jersey Mike's i guess.
