I ordered pizza and two orders of wings, with the delivery expected within an hour due to inclement weather. While I anticipated a slight delay, I contacted the store to inquire about the status of my order. The weather conditions were causing a slight delay, but I was informed that the order was still on its way. After an hour and a half, I still had not received the delivery. Consequently, I canceled the order and placed it with a different establishment. The manager and the young lady who answered the phone were both rude and disrespectful. I would not patronize this establishment again.

This is the worst service. The order was placed and an estimated time of delivery was given. 45 minutes past the ETA I phoned to check on the status. The first person could barely be bothered to speak with me and said "the driver just left." This would be difficult to know without my order number or name. I wait another 30 minutes and call again. The second person also was rude as hell and said "our delivery times are 2 to 3 hours bc its New Years Eve!" Well how about telling clients this prior to placing the order. This is yet another example of a poorly run business in town with a flock of employees whom need a manager or fired.

Food delivered late, salad was mostly hearts, ordered 2 additional dressings...was not sent. Very disappointed! Ordered 4 corner with lite sauce...not done, quite heavy. Don't think I will order again.
Called on a Friday night as we were in town staying at an Air BnB. Called ahead and asked if they delivered to our address in Auburndale. The manager said yes. 30 mins later we get a call saying they don’t deliver to that address. It was 20 mins away. We asked why did you say you deliver to our address and then say you don’t? The manager said “ I thought you meant Lake Ariana in Lakeland. I deliver to that street in Lakeland before.” I Googled Lake Ariana in Lakeland and nothing came up. So not only did they not deliver after they said they would but then they lied about delivering to that address in Lakeland. Management lacks some serious integrity.
