Honestly walked in and seemed like they guys at the counter were bothered the even had a customer disrupting their conversation! This was my first impression of this place and I only got it because someone told me the bread was good so I came and got a giant sandwich with only mayo , lettuce , turkey and cheese and it was $21 don’t think I will come back here again the bread is stale and you get a bunch of lettuce for the price that your paying and hardly any meat definitely wouldn’t recommend

This has to be the worst sandwich in Lakeland. I ordered extra meat and it seems like I was eating a lettuce only sandwich. Asked for extra vinegar and oil and didn’t receive any. The girl at front counter taking orders really hates her job. Rushing people to order.

I wasn't sure if I could eat there since I'm on a strict diet, but since it's been years thoughtvid see if they had any vegan. Well surprise! They have an avocado,tomato,lettuce, cucumber sandwich on a grain5 bread that was really good. The veggies were at a good temp and crisp. GREAT!

Super Fresh and super fast is no longer their moto. I cannot get the sandwich I want when I order through a third party. I don't understand why you are not hiring people to be a delivery driver. I see so many people looking for work yet Jimmy John's don't have delivery drivers?
One of the worst Jimmy John sandwiches we ever had. Ordered beach club 1) had no avocado spread 2) very little meat 3) bread didnt taste quite right. Its amazing how bad it was.
We eat at Jimmy Johns alot... definitely something wrong with food quality.
Also the order of two sandwiches took over 10mins to make - something very off with this franchise.

The sandwiches were good but what happened to the prices here! I got 1 Cuban and 1 tuna. No drink or extras. Both regular size. It’s cost $29. I understand inflation is getting us all but come on….. I could have gotten 2 sandwich meals at Publix and came out with $5 to spare. Publix actually uses high quality ingredients as well. Probably won’t be going back. The cost to taste ratio just isn’t there.

Yesterday was my first time ordering from Jimmy John's. I was told the sandwiches are pricey but worth it because they taste gd. I paid $14 and my sandwich literally came with one slice of deli meat and one slice of cheese on each side of the bread. The bread is really good. The sandwich was a bit dry. I may give them one more chance bc the staff was nice and cool.

Their sandwiches have been awesome. I always get delivery. Buy one 8-inch sub, it's enough for two lunches (for me). Highly recommend JJs "Italian Night Club" and "Kicken Cajun Chicken." Their crispy jalapeños are so good, too.
