Their sandwiches have been awesome. I always get delivery. Buy one 8-inch sub, it's enough for two lunches (for me). Highly recommend JJs "Italian Night Club" and "Kicken Cajun Chicken." Their crispy jalapeños are so good, too.

I visited on free pickle day. I love the pickles! I noticed a new menu item, a chicken wrap. I ordered it, however, the restaurant was out of chicken. Though disappointed, it was really nice that I was offered an alternative protein. I tried turkey and it was pretty decent. I enjoyed a sauce sample, as well (orange in color--maybe some type of bbq). I appreciate the willingness to accommodate. The young men in the store that evening were very pleasant. Thanks JJ! :)

Even though Jimmy John's couldn't help me out. They did give me some ideas and recommendations on how I could get their food delivered to Lake Gibson physical therapy and about some of the other eating places that delivered straight to Lake gibson physical therapy! I have eaten at Jimmy John's downtown Lakeland restaurant and it was very good and they were very polite to me.
Terrible customer service at this location. They need to be retrained. Will not be back. They need to get it together.

Horrible follow up. I was here in May and the staff knowingly made my sandwich non vegan. Then they wanted to argue with me about their mistake and called me a liar. Steven S Fields their general manager said he would send me a gift card to reimburse me for my non vegan sandwich I couldn’t eat. Not too mention the fact that we are a military veteran family and don’t appreciate being called a liar cause integrity is strong . This Steven S Fields since May has been saying every time I reach out that he is mailing the gift card. This has gone on from May to September. If you aren’t going to do something don’t lie to consumers. Consumers aren’t stupid.

11 .00 dollars for a roast beef sandwich with 3 oz of meat on it come on WHERES THE BEEF OR BETTER YET WHERES THE MEAT WONT BE BACK !Sub roll was excellent service was excellent topping was excellent but not enough meat on your sandwich especially for the price of the sandwiches
