I only ate it this place one time and that's all it took for me to never eat here again this place is called Jin Jin they need to be ashamed of they self with the garbage they selling people it's a sin sin 😂 So I spent $45 in there for me my husband and my daughter just straight garbage The shrimp and broccoli was horrible The garlic wings was anything but garlic or wings the fried rice was dry they pulled it out of some dirty cupboard in the back they don't wear gloves the woman who took my order I don't know if she had a botch surgery job but she can't smile at all I don't know if she had surgery where they got it so she can't smile but you can't make her laugh to save your life something's wrong with them people I don't know if they came out of the horror movie The grudge or not but stay away from that that place it's evil and wicked very rude customer service nastier food

The woman at the counter was not very nice. Very run down looking. And The food I ordered was honestly very bland. Was told by people that they love it and the flavors were always spot on. I just don't see it. I've never eaten Chinese food that was tasteless........ until now. Never thought it was a thing but it unfortunately was. I definitely do not recommend ordering from here unless you are allergic to flavor.

This place needs more stars! Ordered delivery via DoorDash, food was hot and fresh. Portions were so huge! The crab rangoons were amazing, I’m a HUGE fan of Singapore noodles and these hit the spot! The beef lo mein had so much flavor, plenty of beef in them too. How this place isn’t a 5.0 is beyond me! I may have found my new go to spot

Placed an order online the same one I’ve always made but today I walk in and they say they can’t do it it’s already been made they said the substitution can’t be made they didn’t call or try to fix it or do the order and say they can’t do it again just left me to pick up an order I didn’t want or ask for didn’t really offer any fixes have never had any problems before but I will no longer be returning.

I truly regret making this review. For the past 2+ months, my husband who is a Walmart Delivery person has been picking up soups for me from JinJin Kitchen. The lady at the front has always been very kind. My husband picked up the Shrimp in Lobster sauce and many times Won Ton soup. Saturday, March 29, 2025 I only requested the Shrimp, but he brought home an order of chicken wings as well. I noticed when eating the Shrimp in Lobster sauce that the quality was quite a drop from previous times, but I had not intentions of complaining. I pulled out a chicken wing, and there was a very long hair cooked into the chicken wing. I am always willing to accept that it could be mine, however, when trying to remove it, it was very obvious it had come from someone in the restaurant. I had the throw away the entire order.
I'm truly sad that this has happened because prior the this past Saturday, the food was incredible. The lady was always so kind as to ask my husband if his wife needed the Won Ton soup, as it always settled my stomach.

The little Asian boy at the front had the best customer service ive see in a while he explained everything to me perfectly since i dont eat Chinese food often and the food on top of that was even better than the service
