placed an order at 4:21 for 5 smoothie bowls. said it would be ready at 4:45. walked in at 4:45 and the order wasn’t ready. waited another 10 mins, i was told they have no pitaya (which is what we all mostly ordered) and we had to decide between açaí or nothing i guess? a phone call would’ve been nice. no urgency. poor customer service. good quality food but won’t be returning because of this experience. this is the third time this happens here and it’s just not worth it. it’s 5:00 as i write this and still no food btw!

Love Jona Bells...cute, stylish spot. The Acai bowl with all the fruit, granola, shaved coconut with honey drizzle is the BEST. The small is enough to share, the large for two to three people.

I was driving home from Lakeland and my wife wanted me to pick her up a coffee. I happened to see this place and figured I'd give it a shot. My wife said it was one of the best coffees she has ever had, much better than the big chains. I also got her a guava pastry, which she also said was excellent. Staff was very nice and quick to prepare the order. The restaurant itself was very clean and looked nice. 5/5 from us, definitely give them a try!

We may have caught them on a bad day but it took well over an hour for a smoothie, coffee and three food items. There was only one employee and although she was very friendly, there was no sense of urgency. We could only hope that the items were worth the wait and they most certainly were not. Sandwiches were 80% bread with minimal ingredients, the coffee was decent but room temp and the smoothie was simply ok. Moral of the story is make sure you have time to spare. This is more of a sit and chat with a friend place, not grab your coffee/food and go about your day place.

I really enjoy visiting Jona Bells. Their açaí bowls are very good, and the espresso is always fresh and smooth. I also love that they partner with a coffee roaster in Orlando that I already enjoy. It’s great being able to grab a bag of beans locally without having to make the dreaded I-4 drive. It’s a great spot for a coffee or a light meal. While it’s in a bit of an odd location and not close to many other attractions, I truly hope they’re successful and stick around. It’s a place worth supporting.

I have finally found a place in lakeland that does a acai bowls not only with a good pre selection, but you can create your own as well as exquisite smoothies.
Originally popped in here just to use the bathroom as there's not many locations.You can leave your vehicle with a window stuck down and come back in all your stuff still be in possession but do that without buying anything and having friendly staff ensure It's not only okay to do so, but it's safe to do so. And not an issue
So I ended up buying a smoothie and did not regret
