Ordered two smoothies, four pastries(and said, “We will get these for later!” Continued ordering a Gouda grilled cheese and a Belgian waffle. Had a whole conversation with the kid taking our order about what was good to eat, she suggested the grilled cheese. Sat there for 39 minutes waiting for our food. Started thinking about how much things cost $37. Talked to the kid that took our order and she said while being very unconcerned, “I didn’t know that you really wanted the food.” Went back to eating and watching her videos.(on break)
Not too happy that we didn’t get our food but furious that they charged $1 extra for each drink and $1 for the pastries we bought because we got them to go.
I was so excited when I found this place online because it is so close to my house. I will not be fat now because I won’t go there to get a to go order. Sad!!
Btw, if you charge extra for to go then you should tell the customer when you ask, for here it to go.
