Julio's Sandwich Shop located at Alamo Plaza

I stopped in this morning and got a breakfast sandwich and a large sweet tea. it was the best sandwich I have ever eaten. I love eating here the staff is always so friendly and the food is amazing. I travel a lot for work but every time I am able to, I eat here. 1010. I wish I knew the lady's name that serves me today. ☺️

Not gonna lie the Cuban was pretty dang good. Authentic bread for sure . I’ll be back.

Our family absolutely loves Julio’s! The service is absolutely top notch. They are friendly and efficient. One of the members of our family have allergies, and the accommodations to the allergies are wonderful. Julio’s has the best Cubans in town, and the salads are fresh and delicious. They are also super clean!

I was really disappointed with the Cuban sandwich at Alamo Plaza in Lakeland. The bread was stale and dry, making the whole sandwich hard to eat. The pork lacked flavor and was chewy, not the tender, seasoned meat you'd expect in a Cuban sandwich. The pickles were scarce, and the mustard was barely noticeable. For a place that promotes itself as having authentic Cuban sandwich, the sandwich fell short. There are definitely better options for Cuban sandwiches elsewhere in Lakeland.

Perfect for a quick bite, large tea, and 10” Cuban $5 on a Tuesday. I'm unsure if it's special, but it was great hot pressed or cold—it was pressed for me ?. The staff was courteous and quick. Free refills if you eat on-site! A drive-thru is also available, cash or credit.

Have been looking for a good Cuban sandwich and media noche and this is by far the best I’ve had in this area! We are from NE New Jersey and we pride ourselves with having the king of Cuban sandwiches and this beat it! The customer service was amazing as well!

the $5 Saturday special is a fair deal. Full price wouldn't be worth it, low quality sandwich meat. The pressed cuban bread was great.

I frequent this place for breakfast. It has one of the best breakfast sandwiches that you will get in Lakeland. The bread comes out perfectly crisp and now they have added bacon to their menu and I tried it on my breakfast sandwich yesterday and it was outstanding. You will not go wrong ordering with this sandwich, it was amazing and it always has been and it’s getting better. Also best customer Service I’ve ever had they are amazing people and I’ve traveled all over the United States and it’s going to be hard to beat how much they care.

Cuban sandwich was so thin and hardly had meat or cheese. Also ordered a devil crab and you can tell it was old and heated up in the microwave. I am so disappointed.
