LOVE KFC but the prices are just too high so I barely get to eat here. But the food is always so amazing since I was a child. My only complaint is that the chicken legs are like half size of a regular chicken.

Horrible, I went to driveway the girl put me on hold for a long time when she answer all she did was laughing pull up front to take ur order, they were all playing around, horrible all they do is joke at night

My Husband picked up dinner for the family after work.. Got home half of the ordered was missing so he called and then decided to go back so everyone can fest on the KFC he purchased He asked to speak to a manager and the unprofessional inconsiderate rude humans there.. This is insane being treating unfairly after making a large purchased to feed the family the ordered is messed up. The food wasn't fresh and they're being having an order Missing is not okay, there could have been better apologies for the terrible service and inconvenience

I don't like giving bad reviews generally. However after multiple times of trying to order from this location and running into issues, I felt I needed to say. Hopefully the management will take steps to improve. First, they do not keep to the stated hours on the store. I have placed orders for KFC through the app, and charged, only to be told when I arrived that they canceled my order. Then it was a 5 day back and forth to get my refund. When going midday, it appears that there microphone system doesn't work because I sat there for 5 minutes before I had to call out to them. When I finally got to the window, I asked the manager if he knew I had even been sitting there. His answer was no and I told him there was a line of 5 cars behind me just waiting. His response was that he has to call them.out to fix that every week, and then walked away. I know it's convenient to go to this location but after so many disappointing visits, I will go elsewhere.

Close store before the time posted on store front and google. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Rude person at the drive through stated they were closed when the building was not supposed to be closed for 45 mins I guess that's why they are stuck working in fast food as a grown adult

Again it was a wast of my money and time. The chicken again was burnt and dry as heck. I chanced it again and it was the same. Extremely nasty. They also had the guy pressure washing right beside the speaker where you order on a Friday night around 6 30 pm the smell and it was so loud you couldn't here a thing. It is the worst KFC I have ever been to so if you want great service good food and a pleasant ordering situation go th the 98 north KFC not the memorial blv one. If you do remember I warned you. Someone that works there has children 6 and 8 yrs old it looks like in the kitchen while they work. Unbelievable like a day care KFC run from this place it is so trashy and nasty.
