The guy that was taking orders, he was extremely disrespectful. His hands were dirty af. There was water all over the floor in front of the door. When i kindly told him about it he got very disrespectful. Waited 30 minutes for two tacos. Seems like they have scheduling issues. The Spanish lady was ignoring us customers (10) standing there waiting for someone to help us. She ignored us and when i was finally helped the guy that was helping me stop to talk to his coworker. There was 5-6 employees and 1 out of 5 was doing anything. 1 person doing everything. It got to the point someone stormed off because they were treated so horribly. I will not return! Who ever owns this place needs to get new help!

Firstly, I must say that the chicken was great in terms of taste, but it was extremely greasy and did not stay together. However, the major disappointment was with the rest of the meal.The biscuit was soggy and the mashed potatoes were watery. The gravy lacked any taste and was also watery in consistency. To add to this, we only received one fork despite being a party of two. When we asked for salt, pepper, and butter, we did not receive them. Even the soda was watery, which was quite surprising.Overall, my experience at this KFC outlet was not up to the mark and I do not recommend it to others. The only thing that was good was the water, but that goes without saying.

I just started working with these guys 2 weeks ago when I first started they gave me some videos to watch training videos but I didn't get to finish my videos and was expected to know everything in the store when I started I kept having to call in to see if I can work this week because I wasn't put on the schedule after 3 weeks and the best excuse I got from the manager was that my timing is wrong but I'm the one that called in just because I wasn't put on the schedule yet and everybody there smokes weed I even got offered to smoke some with one of the employe and manager I wouldn't recommend working at this KFC on memorial

10 out of 10 would not recommend service there is extremely rude, disrespectful and likes to hang up. I called two other stores, trying to get a hold of corporate one store. Thank God on the south side of Lakeland had a great man that like to answer, gave great service, but if you’re feeling in the mood to be disrespected and want to go to a restaurant serviced by incompetent workers that’s the place i would go I have tons of family members and friends in the military that will no longer eat at this establishment when I called I got you have nothing better to do in the mornings and call my store corporate definitely will hear about this and I hope that one of your lead managers reads this

The chicken was salty and burnt. Also, it did not taste like KFC recipe. I don't think they are following the standard. The breading was flavorless, almost black, and very very salty.
y chicken was burnt and it had an after test that was so bad. tasted like bad grease took it all back and they replaced it 2 days later. They say their phone is broke and has been for months and no one will fix it... RIGHT!!!! if you want KFC please do yourself a giant Favor drive to the north side KFC the one on memorial Blv has Bums walking all over the parking lot and it just seems so dirty. the black Lady that replaced my food was so nice! don't want to say anything bad about the workers it is the owners that are letting this place down along with the workers.

The hours of operation are incorrect..they are not open until 11pm. I placed an online order after 10pm, drive in the rain to pick up my order only to be told at the window that KFC closed at 10 but Taco Bell is still open. Well I didn't order Taco Bell and therefore had to wait til the next day to be refunded. This is one KFC I wouldn't recommend!!

They need to just close this place down the employees and here have an attitude. They don't want to be here. If someone is in the store its clear they want to order some food. We shouldn't have to wait on line almost five minutes in an empty store before someone takes our order. Also we shouldn't have to be asked with an attitude if we want to order something. They do not know how to speak to customers or service them. Employees just hanging out, smoking outside and on their phones. Staff needs onboarding all of them. Who hires the Staff here? That person or persons should be fired. That's how bad the service here is.
