I just had the BEST customer service experience here. Atone and Madelyne were amazing! Atone went over and beyond for me and my family. I ordered a chicken little meal and asked for buffalo ranch sauce to dip it in because in the past when I’ve gone to KFC they said they no longer had the buffalo chicken littles. Well, Atone offered to serve mine sauced with a buffalo sauce and I was so thrilled! Yes please and Atone even added napkins onto my plate for me 🙏🏻 they were both fast, efficient, and had amazing customer service which seems to be a dying breed these days. Not only were the KFC employees awesome but the customers were also very polite. Overall great experience and atmosphere. The food was great and hot!

Went in to inquire as to why the free bucket of chicken wasn't working for their location. There was a big sign in the window about the promotion when I entered the building. Twenty minutes later, the sign was pulled down and I was told that it was no longer available. Even tho on the website it states the promotion goes through August 24th. Absolute horrible customer service and will never be returning

No one knows how a drive thru works anymore. Super slow, they make you pull up to the front of the store after you've paid (remember when they used to give it to you at the window when you paid?) Then they forget to bring your food out to you. Cars parked five deep just waiting forever.

I put in a large mobile order. I left work and arrived about 15 mins later. I let the team members know I arrived and she stated no problem. There was a bit of a wait but it was expected (dropping fresh chicken, tenders, etc.). The team member offered me a beverage while I waited (gladly accepted). I watched the interaction between team members and customers. It was polite, kind, and friendly. There was no rush, just took care of the customers. The team member called my name and food was ready to go... hot and fresh!! I asked her name for recognition. The team member's name is Lee 🤗 if she wasn't the manager, she definitely should be. She wasn't just managing the front and others, she was a LEADER!! This store is blessed to have her on the team.
