It's BAD. We waited for 10-15 minutes for soggy chicken, instant mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese that actually made me gag. There was next to noone in the lobby and maybe one car went through the drive thru. I can tell why they aren't busy on a Friday night. I requested a refund, they refused to do so. It's in the trash like it belongs. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I don’t have an issue with the workers but I DO have an issue with the price for a small fry and a small ( asked for kids) drink …cost 6.72 I can get a whole meal for that price at other places !!! And there were like 12 fries in it

Placed order for chicken pot pie and sat there for 40 minutes waiting for our order to come to find out from very rude employee that they out of chicken pot pies!???Employees let us sit there for 40 minutes while they could let us know ,when our order was placed!!Never gonna come back to your store!

I would say this is the best KFC I have been to, great food, great service and very clean. The works are welcoming and seem happy to be there , well as happy as someone can be at work , still very impressive.

3 time on the last 2 weeks my orders are completely wrong and i even paid extra for it i asked for a 3 piece meal 3 thighs instead of 2 thighs and a leg and a mash famous bowl! 3 skinny legs over 3 thighs and Mac and cheese bowl instead of mash, yall can get a order right when yall only sale chicken like wth! I stop by this kfc before is on my way home but honestly im switching to popeyes down the road because they never messed my orders! Kfc night crew suck! 3 times on 2 weeks! Dont get me wrong I still eat it bit thats not what i order we where really hungry! Never again, others food chains check your order before handing them to the customer to make shure is your order but you guys dont, your customer service skills suck! Straight up!

Worst KFC…. Went to pick up my food on sunday 11/17/24 at 12:30pm…. They gave me a sealed KFC bag and I was trusting everything I ordered was inside… when I got home and opened the bag I found out that they forgot to put the mashed potatoes, the fries, the cole slaw, the gravy and the sauces… and on top of that the chicken wasn’t fully breaded… not ordering from KFC ever. Ya’ll lost a customer

We waited at least 10mins in front of the Drive-Thru intercom with no one speak, so we thought maybe intercom broken we needed to order at window. Once we drove to the window, the server said "you have to order over intercom"... and then we drove back the intercom to order and had to wait almost half hour to get our food. Not just us, at least 4 cars also waited even though everyone's food was prepared and they just let us waited with some reason.
