Just ordered from KFC for the first time in 5 or so years. Had an insane amount of human hairs on my sandwich. Suggest not eating here

One of the cleaner looking KFCs I've been in, but still not a bright or welcoming look. I ordered a Chicken Pot Pie - delicious and one of my favorites. At least it used to be. Corporate has changed the recipe/content and it's now the 3rd one I've had that's mostly tasteless. The Puff Pastry is the only part of it with ANY flavor.

First of all was overcharged because they're not paying attention. I get home with my order. None of it is correct because again they're not paying attention. Call back. Spoke to the manager she's like well I'll fix it a different day and I'll get your name and number now. No my order's not right now and you've already taken my money. She said that it's not a big deal. This is why her people don't care because she doesn't care. Whoever that manager is is a failure. She's an absolute failure as a manager
