KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

So, I hit up Kpot in Lakeland, ready to grill some goodies, our server was Sam. She was definitely an experience. Sam was a super friendly, slightly spacey, but totally endearing human whirlwind. She zipped around like she was on a mission to save the world. I'm pretty sure Sam forgot my cousins drink order twice, but honestly, her smile was so genuine, I couldn't even be mad. It's like Sam were running a marathon, but instead of water, she were fueled by pure, unadulterated niceness. If you're looking for a server who's gonna make you laugh and maybe accidentally bring you an extra side of kimchi, same is your girl! Just be patient, enjoy the chaos, and remember, they're probably juggling a million things at once. Big props to Kpot for hiring such a sweetheart!

This was our first time here and John at Lakeland fl was amazing!! He brought us his favorite sauces to try and explained everything so well. It was a great time thanks to John. We will be back !!

Jada was an absolutely incredible and helpful server! I ordered the gluten free broth, and she offered to make a sauce to make it even better. It was so delicious! This is my hot pot place, and I will be asking for her recipe!

Amazing Food & Unparalleled Service at KPot! We frequent KPot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot, and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious, fresh, and well worth the price—which we find to be extremely reasonable for the quality and variety offered. Every visit is a great experience, but our most recent one was truly exceptional, thanks to our server, Hailan. Hailan went above and beyond to take care of us—she was incredibly attentive, kind, and respectful, providing the best service we’ve ever had at KPot. My boyfriend, a USAF veteran who was stationed in Korea, was especially moved by her service, saying it reminded him of his time overseas. He couldn’t stop talking about how her attentiveness and warmth brought back great memories and made the experience feel even more authentic. It was so special to see how happy it made him, and I was thrilled to finally experience the “full effect” of Korean hospitality because of her. We will absolutely be back (as always!), but from now on, we’ll definitely be asking for Hailan. If you visit, we highly recommend doing the same—she truly made our night unforgettable!

Love the chain, always a good time, and delicious food. A laid back atmosphere in a good location. A cool experience to enjoy if you haven’t already. Lacey was our waitress and was excellent. Definitely recommend!

The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. My server John did a superb job taking care of us--it was my first time at the location and he did a wonderful job explaining how everything worked.

Had kari as our waitress! She was amazing! On spot with everything! Absolutely loved bringing my friend with me! The robot that led us to our table was so cute and amazing to experience! 10/10 would come again especially for events such as birthdays, graduation, etc.
