Just slightly disappointing to find that they were completely out of their Grinch doughnuts that they advertised. They also ran a promotion for a free dozen Grinch green, glazed doughnuts with the purchase of any dozen only to find out that they were out of those as well. Need to plan a little better for the demand.

This location is putting up chairs at 9pm when they don't close until 11. Very unwelcoming. Then after waiting on a decent line, they aren't mashing coffee or lattes. This is Orlando not some little town location. Clearly management needs to do some training.

I am very disappointed that after I waited an hour and a half for the grinch donuts to be ready, I get home and there is NO FILLING in them and they were supposed to have the cookies and kreme filling in them. And to top it off I ordered a dozen donuts yesterday and NEVER even got my free dozen, I wasn't even offered my free dozen or told about it. I hope y'all will and can correct this issue because my kids and grandkids were disappointed in the grinch donuts not having the filling in them. Spent $36 for what? NOTHING!

Came in for the Veterans Day freebie got a coffee went to put cream in it cream had clumps and was bad asked for a new cup and it was full of coffee grounds just threw it away. Didnāt even bother asking for anything else
Drive thru line is always speedy. The donuts are hot and fresh. And every staff member we've encountered going through the drive thru has always been pleasant.

Tried getting the special Ghostbusters box for 4 consecutive days but no matter how early they didn't have them. Finally I was able to place an order online for pick up and get them home open the box and they didn't bother to put most of the decorations on. So what's the point? You pay so much for 11 donuts and don't even get the thing you bought them for. At least they tasted good š won't be attempting to buy from them anymore.

Unfortunately, there is not an option for zero out of five for service. Otherwise thatās what I wouldāve given this place. They charged me incorrectly. When I pointed out, there was a difference in price they refused to refund it. The amount owed was not significant, it is actually the lack of honesty, sincerity, and extremely arrogant customer service, which is the biggest issue here. The small amount they did not refund me will not matter, that attitude however leaves a lot to be desired. This was not the young person who made the mistake, this was the assistant manager, who was extremely rude.
