Absolutely amazing! This new Krispy Kreme in Lakeland is on another level. They have the full production line inside, so you can watch the entire donut-making process from start to finish, it’s incredible to see! The quality is top-notch, the donuts are fresh, warm, and taste fantastic. In my opinion, this is the best Krispy Kreme experience I’ve had. Highly recommend stopping by!

I have been going to a Krispy Kreme for over 50 years. I couldn't get a hot glaze. Couldn't get my favorite flavor, that I been getting from the beginning. Coffee wasn't drinkable. I guess that it is time to go to the other donut shop. Let me know when you decide to bring back the classic donuts. Will not go back

Horrible service! I ordered some donuts online to pick up at 3:15pm, i arrive at 4:30pm. My order wasnt ready, and I ordered the halloween donuts but since they forgot to do my order, they ran out and I wasnt able to get the said halloween donuts. They never offered any type of assistance or any type of replacement for the donuts that they never gave me. I left without my ordered donuts, bad costumer service, and I was left uninformed and misled about the Halloween donuts.
