The absolute worst eggplant parmigiana I’ve ever had! The salad consisted of iceberg with one little tomato wedge and the bread appeared to be day old pizza crust cut into strips. Y’all have to do better for almost $20 for this meal!!!! If I had eaten in, I would’ve sent it back!

We shared a lovely salad very hearty fortified with pinwheels of salami and cheese. My husband had a combo calzone and I had a broccoli & spinach Stromboli.

I'm vegan and the staff does a great job making sure there's no dairy or meat in my food. I've been here multiple times and have introduced several of my friends to this restaurant and they all really like it. I usually get the minestrone soup and pasta primavera, but they have this delicious bread and red pepper/oil dipping sauce. I feel like I could just go there and drink some wine and fill up on the bread! They also have a great wine menu. My boyfriend loves the chicken marsala. Highly recommended! I'll be back again the next time I'm in the area :)

Bread basket and coffee cup remained empty throughout whole meal after initial service "very unattentive waitress"

We just discovered Italian Palace recently. The pizza is excellent. The spaghetti and parmigiana is excellent too. We are lunch time customers and the prices are very fair then. The service is always good as well. We will continue to return.

When it comes to Italian Restaurants, I am very picky and judgmental. My sister recommend this place and was so glad we stopped in on our way home on a Friday afternoon. With COVID in mind, I am always worried about how the seating is, do they offer outdoor, wear masks and space tables out. Well it's a yes to them all. We sat inside and they had all the tables separated, everyone has masks, including the cusfomers until you sat at your table. Our server was good, food hot and the pricing is great. I tried the Eggplant Parm - fresh, lite and slices thin. Real mozzarella with a nice marinara sauce. My mom had the Chicken Franchise and she said it was one of the best she ever had. We will be going back again and looking forward to it.

Wonderful Italian food, great atmosphere sphere, fast service and clean. This place has it all! We tried several dishes and we were very happy.

We have visited twice - once for lunch and the once for dinner. Both times the service was very good and the restaurant was nice and clean. For the lunch we had a Neapolitan pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. They also serve cooked pizza crust chips with a side oil sauce that is good. The pizza was tasty with a thin crust and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The spaghetti and meatballs was ok but lip smacking good. For the dinner visit we had pizza again and lasagna. Pizza was consistent with before and the lasagna was ordinary like the spaghetti. While the lasagna was decent, it was not something I wanted to take the leftovers home. I feel this restaurant is worth a try.

Well this is clearly not JOES palace anymore this is ridiclious I got chicken marsalla three tiny cutlets warty nasty instant mashed potatoes and half of a hard freaking bread stick no salad for 25 dollars iI am beyond pissed the container was shut properly the sauce is everywhere bad enough no pasta anymore but now this this is terrible. Id hope to hear from someone soon should have kept the neons not wasted money on water glasses and spent some time with your cooks. You all should be ashamed especially since half the kitchen was taught by the best!

Went in for an early dinner. Great variety of Italian choices especially pizza and pasta. One of us had the spaghetti with capers and black olives. (An olive lovers dream) and the other dinner was an amazing lasagna dinner. Both had good sized portions and also came with salad. Jennifer provided great service. We will be back.

Stopped in after a long break for eggplant parmigiana. Was shown to my table by a busser. Thought it odd that there were 6 tables occupied but all spaced out all over the place. One server, a very nice man, and just the one busser who brought my hot bread and water but no dipping oil as used to happen. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Since the server was alone I can forgive that; things happen. Then I noticed changes in the menu, prices and portions. The parm had two skimpy slices of eggplant with a wad of cheese on top served over a medium size heap of angel hair pasta with a couple spoonfuls of sauce. The menu was left on the table all through my meal. Again, no biggie but still, different. After waiting a while my check came and then I waited still longer for it to be picked up. As I got up to leave the man who'd just been seated behind me asked if the food was good. I hesitated a bit and he said , "No ?" I said it was okay but there'd been a lot of changes since my previous visits; for example, they used to automatically bring the dipping oil. He said he'd gotten some and hadn't asked as this was his first visit. So. A lot of changes since I was last here and not for the better. Don't know what the problem is...new owners, new management, what? Just not the near perfect dining experience I used to have her every single time. It made me sad as this was my very favorite spot for Italian food. I'll try one more time and if this situation is repeated I'll give up.
