I've been there 2x before..live up the street but travel to winter haven for decent Chinese buffet. my hubby wanted to stay local tonight..I had a salad plate and was eating my 2nd plate when the waitress brought us our check. I had not even drank 1/4 of my beverage. I sat and watched all the patrons who were already there prior to our being at still eating.. never have I felt more unwelcome. this was to be date night 😞 I went to the manager and called the waitress over to us as I was curious to hear her logic behind her action.. she smirked and laughed and the manager only apologized. I will NEVER set foot in this cesspool again. that and my plate was literally swimming in grease. Word of advice...do better.

The food‘s good here, but the service is straight garbage. Our family and a few others go here quite a bit and there’s always some kind of service issue this time. I went alone got seated got my food went back to my seat and there’s a family sitting there. I asked him if they got seated there and the guy started getting an attitude with me. He’s lucky he didn’t get smacked and then I tell your employees That you sent me then put somebody else in my seat and they said no no no no no no no no you not the right spot and then continue to tell me to wait with the food in my hand get it together you guys just lost too if not, three families of regular customers great work guys

Terrible food and service, food was flavorless, and started to make my wife and I sick. Way over priced. My family and I will never go back, which is bad since this was one of our favorite places.
