Came here on a Saturday night, placed a pick up order at 9:50. Took almost 30 minutes for a single pizza and an order of crazy bread. I sat out front till it was finished while watching my pizza tracker. They had zero orders pending but I thought hey it’s okay. Once my food was ready I went inside to pick it up and the young girl was rude, I had to ask for the sauce that came with my bread and she seemed very annoyed by it. Then I realized she was too busy closing to actually update my order through the portal bc my pizza wasn’t even hot. Go look for better somewhere else.

Tried ordering fresh by phone. What I got when I got home were 2 “Burnt & Ready” pizzas basically. I mean Gross. It’s just sad a cheap pizza joint can’t even bake a pizza fit to eat.

I wouldn't order from here again. Ordered 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. The 2 cheese were well done. So much so that the group of teen boys only ate a few slices. I reached out to corporate customer service and never received a response. If you do use this location, I would check your order before you leave the store. I couldn't go back because I was hosting a party of teens and couldn't leave.

Just found a blonde hair in my pizza. My wife is now throwing up. That’s completely disgusting and unacceptable. I would call and complain but what can really be done here? The staff needs to do better.

took over 20 minutes for three pizzas. Food service prep people kept coming up Talking with their friends at the counter. One of the food service prep employees went to the bathroom and did not wash their hands or at least I didn’t hear water running and the hand dryer blowing when he finished.
Food is always usually good here. And I don’t typically have any issues but tonight I called ahead. I only ordered crazy puffs and bread sticks. Bread sticks are typically done in loads but waiting 35 mins on crazy puffs that I was told would be 10/12 mins. Is wild to me. And when I inquired how much longer… I was told they got an overload of online orders. That shouldn’t come before another order regardless of how you place it. As I’m still waiting. The guy that came in behind just placed an outset. Got his WHOLE pizza and left.???? Make that make sense. Definitely need a better order when it comes to how food comes in and goes out. It shouldn’t take going on 40mins(called in order) for some crazy puffs ?♀️

I worked for this place for a week and was talked to with foul language by the store manager and downgraded by 20 year old employees that were boys not men and then fired because I did not comply with type of business behavior. Would absolutely NOT recommend!

This a good pizza if you are going to pick it up, for couple of bucks you have a decent pie. But once you start adding toppings the savings fly out of the door. For the price of 4 toppings you better off someplace else. I recommend the thin crust with bacon and ham.
