Called ahead and order 2 hot n ready pepperoni pizzas. Got to the store and payed for my order, people coming in and ordering got their pizzas before me. Asked how much longer on mine and they told me they aren’t sure and trying to find out now. Came back and said they had not started it and they are putting it in now, another 20 mins pass and still no order, asked to speak to a manager and he was like ‘we are busy, I can give your money back and give you your pizza’ gave me a refund then waited for another 20 mins and still no pizza. Left with no food because they kept saying it’ll be a few more minutes. I would give them 0 stars but there isn’t an option for that.

The most unprofessional group of people are running this location down hill. From the how long it takes to get a simple pizza or two, to the language they use while customers are in the lobby is absolutely absurd. Shame on the owner/gm for allowing this to continue.

My friend and I ordered a cheese pizza and noticed when they were cutting the pizza that the blade had just cut a pepperoni pizza. Normally this would be fine however my friend is Muslim and cannot eat anything with or contaminated with pork. I said something so that I would be able to share the pizza with my friend and was met with laughter and a loud mouth in the back. The girl in front dealing with us went to the back to ask and I heard “how would they know”. I could hear them saying my name from my order (wrong btw) and laughing as we walked out. The girl in front seemed crabby but it was probably from her manager in the back yelling at her from our request. I will never go back to this Little Caesars as it seems that they don’t prioritize food allergies or any sort of diet difference. The laughter just showed how they didn’t care and I think others who might have the same fears with contamination should order from another location. The girl in front was nice but seemed agitated.

Hello Angie A! My order was a pepperoni cheese bread, not an Italian cheese bread with pepperoni. I LITERALLY asked you “can I just get the pepperoni cheese bread and you ask the person making it to only add pepperoni to half” and you said “YES”. You never “explained” anything about no “custom order”. You literally charged me extra to get pepperoni removed. That’s absurd! There is nothing CUSTOM about less pepperoni. And the reason I am writing this review is because you went to the back to tell whomever whatever was convenient for you to tell them, so you wouldn’t get in trouble. Which is funny because I planned on leaving it alone till I heard you, since it’s apparent you're new. Yes, I HEARD YOU!! YOU marked the wrong item, which caused the issue. And again, I planned on letting it go, till I heard you. Paying extra for less pepperoni is stupid. Get it together!

Seems skelton staffed. 6+ orders waiting in lobby and more coming in, while some clock out even after staying later than shift. Also dark patterns on online ordering and tipping (no tip jar but POS asks for tips)

LAZY! It doesn't take 25+ minutes to make a pie unless you're out blatantly lazy & well your bad. Try working som time. I was a manager at a pizza place so I would know
This a good pizza if you are going to pick it up, for couple of bucks you have a decent pie. But once you start adding toppings the savings fly out of the door. For the price of 4 toppings you better off someplace else.
I recommend the thin crust with bacon and ham.
-UPDATE-
My favorite topping, with a thin crusty crust, didn't make it completely to home, has to take couple of pieces. Absolutely great pizza like always but better people behind the counter; friendly and caring it's the best combination for a good economical pie. Take a bow ladies!

This place is fine, I grabbed a hit and ready and was out in a blink at lunch time. The lobby was extremely air conditioned, which was nice.
