I don't like the customer service I literally have to wait 20 minutes for them to take my order and I was the only one standing there she took my order and I turned to her and said can I get a sauce she said it's a 1.06 I said I've been waiting for 20 minutes for you guys to take my order can I just get a sauce she looked at me and said no I said you can't give me a courtesy sauce the fact that I've been waiting 20 minutes she said no that's not how you treat your customer.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Little Caesars. My order was made incorrectly, and when I tried to address it, the employee who helped me was extremely rude. When I asked for his name so I could let the manager know who I was speaking with, he gave me an attitude, questioned why I wanted his name, refused to give it to me, and walked away. I later spoke with the manager, who told me the employee’s name is Julian and mentioned that the owner looks at the reviews. I hope this situation is addressed. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially after paying for my food.

It's a few minutes sometimes to get your food but at least it's fresh and hot. the front staff is normally pretty great to deal with. They also are very patient with people that are very pushy, rude and impolite.

Stopped in today for lunch and was greeted by Wade who gave me the best service. He has an amazing attitude and was very accommodating by making some hot and fresh cheesy bites and happily made some without meat for me as well. Hard to find vegetarian options. Thank you for the excellent service. Truly made my day :)
