We used to love Marcos and have ordered from them multiple times over the past several years. On this last order the pizza was horrible. It was very overcooked, had literally no cheese and the crust tasted like cardboard. They also did not include the garlic sauce that we asked for. When I called to complain I got some girl who seemed to not care at all and said " I only work here " and then hung up on me. They have lost my business forever.
The new general manager in this store her name is Michelle she is disgusting. The way that she speaks to not only customers but employees is awful. and the reason I state that this place is not child friendly is because the area manager whose name is Brad was reported last week for sexually harassing a young girl and after that happened everyone in the building was fired So these people are protecting a pervert do better Marcos
We have actually ordered from this Marco’s a lot in the past 3 years with no complaints. I downloaded their app and have ordered on the app the past few times. I ordered 2 pizzas online at 4:44 pm. Promised time recorded for 5:39 pm. At around 5:50 pm give or take a few minutes, with still no pizza delivered, I called and inquired and of course the young man on the line made excuse after excuse.
