Ordered delivery today as my husband specifically wanted Marco’s for his birthday lunch. We ordered two pizzas, both with all the crust toppings, a salad, 2 different dressings, and 3 dipping sauces. The order arrived with no dressings, minimal crust toppings, and missing the dipping sauces. When I called, shared what was missing, and requested for the delivery driver to at least bring the sauces and dressings, I was told no driver was available and the best they could do was for me to come to the store to pick it up (which was not possible at that time) and a $10 credit. In the process of my asking how long that will take for it to be credited to my account and what information they needed, I was hung up on. I called back and the same person answered the phone, I requested to speak to a manager, and the person informed me they were the manager. I inquired why they hung up on me and he said he didn’t know I was still speaking and what did I need. I still don’t have an answer to my question, I have no credits showing up in my account, and since the “manager” didn’t bother to even ask my last name I doubt I’ll ever receive it. The lack of professionalism in addition to this not being the first time our order was messed up is just unfortunate and it seems we will need to take our business elsewhere.

We've only had one really bad interaction and that was a while back with a manager named Justin. He seemed to lack his people skills that day when we asked about the BOGO deal. We didn't let that keep us from gray pizza and have been back several times since. Thankfully no more interactions with that manager. ✌️

Although I love the hot honey pizza I must speak out on behalf of DoorDash drivers because apparently the Marcos delivery drivers are allowed to deliver the DoorDash orders without updating the DoorDash platform which is unfair to the drivers who are attempting to provide a service to the business and make a living for their families; if you do not want dashers to complete your orders please update the DoorDash platform or don’t use it at all; even if this was a mistake if the situation had been explained in a calm and professional manner I would not have gone out of my way to give a one star review on behalf of another but their situation has impacted the way I view the company so although no one may read this I would hope somehow in some way the employees at this location can learn to be kinder and more empathetic to others I no longer feel comfortable ordering here knowing there is someone working there that is going out of their way to make the lives of others more difficult

I used to really enjoy Marco’s Pizza, but unfortunately, the Southside location has been disappointing. Each time I order from this location, the pizzas are mostly crust with very little cheese. I hope this location can improve its quality to match the great experiences I’ve had with Marco’s in the past. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location.
Don't waste your time. I live across the street from Marco's Pizza. I keep getting disappointed ☹️😔. Don't even think about calling them about your concerns. They don't care if you ever come back. I've read the the other complaints-( not real good). I've been a Manager before, and repeat business is key to great business. Customer is always right.

When did a extra large deluxe pizza become $30.00..if my memory serves me right it wasn't $24.00..did the person taki5the order put in his own tip..I didn't see any where you could add the tip on the card reader I've been buying from here for quite a few years..the ticket was #203 on 6/602025@8:15 pm.. I'll keep a look out for a answer on here..the order taker was Mackenzie
Absolutely the most ridiculous website to TRY to work with I have ever encountered. I have tried to use it twice. First time several months ago. I had coupons. The order was as screwed up as it gets when I got to the store for takeout. It cost me more than the total online, it was more yet at the store and no one had any idea how to apply THEIR coupons. Today I spent 45 minutes trying to place an order. Had to change password. Went thru a ridiculous amount of unnecessary pages, was asked for my address. I put my address in 12 times in a different format and was rejected every time.!! Went completely out of the site to start over. Password was invalid. The password I had just changed. The store we buy from is 6 miles away and they refuse to deliver. That store NEVER came up as “my” store. I was given choices to order from stores 25-29 miles away. Regardless of how many times I reentered my zip code.
I never came close to seeing a menu.

Wow! This Marcos pizza location is always so clean and the food is always good every time I visit here. Today Ciara did something so special for my daughter I will never forget it. It meant so much to me and her . Thank you

It has been a while since we ste here. Actually not since they moved locations. Service was great food was great. My only suggestion is to slow down the menu board. It moved way to fast to read.

Marco’s Employee: “You waited too long, the oven’s off.”
Me: “Ok, do you have anything ready if I come in right now?”
Marco’s Employee: “No, the ovens off.”

The man who answered the phone could use some basic lessons in customer service etiquette. Although closing time says 11pm online, it’s really whenever they shut the oven off. I would have never left a review for that alone, but paired with the poor customer service interaction on the phone, I’m leaving one star. Please either teach your employees customer service phone etiquette, or adjust your online “open” hours. Thanks!
