Ordered 2 small cokes, a small and large fry, and a seperate order for just a cheese burger at the same time got everything else but waited almost 20 mins for my cheeseburger because the staff sit around and talk .

Hence we’ve ordered, the same cashier told us that BOTH men and women’s bathroom were out of order…. Really Mrs Ashley, you’ve had your power trip moment? I’ve asked where employees were peeing, she seriously told me that they had to cross the street to use Enterprise’s bathroom on the other side’s boulevard. I’ve filled a complain at McDonald’s head office right on the spot, and the answered an already canned written answer.

Bathrooms have been down for over two weeks. I stay at the homeless shelter around corner. Several of us trying to better ourselves have applied at this location and two others nearby. Tammy, hiring manager, refuses to give jobs to people like us. I told my homeless friends to NOT tell her about our situation she has no empathy. No outlets in the dining room to charge our phones and when bathrooms were usable, they were locked. Not all homeless are addicts. She even made fun of me during her interview because I take a bus. I have mcdonalds experience and she put me on do not hire at all 3 of her close by franchise locations. There is a sweet old black man with bad eye sight that works at her north location. He been with mcdonalds for many years. Tammy trying to rid him too. God is watching. Bathrooms fixed but new rule we can't bring backpacks in bathroom. I'm not leaving my backpack for people to steal that has my tablet for school and my work uniform. I hate this mcdonalds. Had no choice to come because it closest place to walk to for a cheap breakfast from shelter. My friends and I have to wait outside to eat but they will serve people in cars. Why? Because not enough staff yet won't hire people from homeless shelter that desperately need jobs. Not all of us are drug addicts, I don't even smoke cigs ffs
I got a bacon double quarter pounder and both patties were near raw. The burger was just thrown together and falling apart. The lady at the window was really nice, I just hope I survive the food.

Ms. Sonare was a great help after pulling up no intercom service or window service. I pull right around when she see I needed help at the register she came assisted me and my daughter was able to get the happy meal she wanted.
