Staff are amazing and very nice, however:
- People just chilling around corners trying to talk to drive-thru people.
- Got my order wrong, tried to call, no answer, I'm sorry but I don't wanna pay full price for less food.

Besides those things, no complains. I go here for lunch breaks, but I'm reconsidering just because of those two things.

Its KFC . Maybe best to eat inside the restaurant though because my chicken skin is always soggy. But hey pick it off and it's still dang good chicken for a decent price

I had ordered food from here, they have the bathrooms locked and I was denied even though I’m a paying customer and the bathroom was operational with no out of order sign.

The food came out really good (a little bland could use a bit more salt), but the wait was outrageous. I waited 30 minutes for fast food and there were barley any other cars there.

As someone who just had a baby trying to get back into the flow of things, having no control over their bladder is one major thing. Having to TRY to get someone’s attention while struggling to hold any liquid in is a battle I unfortunately did not win. There I was, pants soaked because of the doors being locked and only opened by someone that is a paying customer.

I was going to pay for something AFTER I used the bathroom but instead I didn’t walk of shame out to my car and had to drive home in soaked jeans.

This has to be against ADA or something. It’s unacceptable when a company will take away a bathroom just for profit. And after reading the other comments about similar issues, this is not the first time this is brought up. Highly disgusted in McDonald’s and whoever thought it was a good idea to lock a bathroom.

Inside the employees are great. They work really hard. The area is clean. The only thing that usually homeless tend to like linger outside and around the area. But other than that you're fine

Hello,

I’m reaching out to file a complaint about an incident that occurred during my lunch break at your location. My lunch break is only about 30 minutes, and what I witnessed — and experienced — today was unacceptable.

While waiting in line, a mother with a baby who had a blown-out diaper was being treated incredibly rudely by the staff. The baby was visibly covered in waste, and the mother simply needed to use the restroom to clean her child. Instead of showing basic decency or understanding, the staff — including the cashier — were openly disrespectful, dismissive, and mouthy toward her. Eventually, the poor woman, desperate to care for her baby, began raising her voice in frustration, but even then, they still refused to let her use the bathroom.

Then, when it came time for me to order, the same cashier refused to take my order because I “looked dirty” and “probably was a hobo.” For the record, I work in a factory where we make soap and pallets, so yes — I leave work covered in dust and wood sometimes. That’s called an honest day’s work. This kind of discrimination is insulting, especially considering this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this particular cashier’s attitude.

Not only did this incident waste most of my short lunch break, but it also left me disgusted by how your staff treated customers — especially a mother in distress and a working individual just trying to grab a quick meal.

I would like for a supervisor or district manager to reach out to me directly regarding this situation. At the very least, I expect some accountability and compensation for the time and treatment I experienced. This kind of behavior doesn’t reflect well on McDonald’s or the values the company claims to represent.

Thank you for your time, and I hope this is addressed promptly.

Not child friendly. WHO LOCKS THE BATHROOMS AND MAKES YOU (WITH A SCREAMING INFANT WHO BLEW OUT THEIR DIAPER) wait to get someone’s attention to have them unlock the bathroom. AND THE BABY CHANGING TABLE IS BROKEN!!!! It’s hard enough to change a squirming child but now you have to be extra careful that they don’t roll off?!?! The bathroom signs says it’s for paying customers only but I would have much rather have changed my child before placing an order. Highly unlikely to ever return to a McDonald’s in Lakeland, Fl.
