Horrible service and bad management. Manager Lilly is rude and knows nothing about customer service and shouldn’t be in a position of running a store when can’t even bag food properly. Allows workers to lie about missing items knowing they are out of stock and take money from customers. Then when customers try to get money back complains about what an inconvenience and should be okay without their money back.
Tonight 6.11.22 at 11:50p I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins to finally place my order and was told only taking cash(which I only had cards) I ask the lady for corporate # which I was ignored so I waited 5 more mins & nothing so I called inside and spoke to someone who stated if I wanted the corporate # I can find it on the McDonald's cup I then explained I was unable to place a order and can she just get the number off the cup, she then started making smart comments and finally...read full review
