Never have I been here and not had food missing, my hash browns or fries thrown on the bottom of the bag with the burger or sandwich on top and getting smushed, cold food. You name it it’s happened. The drinks are mixed, my sprite had an orange tint (probably a machine issue not employee). And I’ve only asked them to fix a missed item two times and there must have been 100 ghosts ordering because I didn’t see anyone else but they were so upset that I was asking them to do one more thing.

I did a mobile order on my lunch break and had to wait 15 minutes for my food. I also asked to h e no salt on my fries and they had salt on them and my 10 piece chicken nuggets were hard and cold. As soon as I got out of my car to go and get my food that’s when the employee walks out to bring my food. This McDonald’s is so slow and waist half of my lunch break everyday waiting on cold food. I need a refund or my food replaced for free. This is horrible service.

An average mcdonalds has food good enough to justify the price. A great mcdonalds with juicy burgers is worth slipping your local one for exceptional mcdonalds flavor.
This is a rather poor mcdonalds, constantly run by high school students and they do not care about speed.
You WILL be pulled up to the second window if you order for two people. You WILL wait 9 minutes and 32 seconds for "fast food." It WILL be barely lukewarm, dry, flabby, and poor in terms of Mcdonalds quality.
Mcdonalds can taste great; I don't care what anyone else says. This particular location, however, is not worth going to for anything more than a drink, since they can't *possibly* mess that up. It will still take a while, though, so don't count on it for early morning coffee runs before work... I'll keep coming back to this place once every 8 months to see if it changes, but it's been like this for half a decade.

Everything about the restaurant was horrible except a young lady name Jeriana or Jarianna I’m not sure . She was extremely polite and helpful when everyone was rude and wouldn’t help. She worked the drive through but also helped in the front when no one would come up there to help

Service terrible… no one at drive thru. When pulled up to the window employees stand around talking. When ask if I can order I was told I need to go back through the drive through to order when I was already at window. Do not go here if you are in a hurry and need to get your food fast…

I went for a pick up. The lady on the speaker told me to wait 15 to 20 minutes, which I did wait for 20 minutes. No one talked back so I went to the window for the lady to tell me that I need to go back to the speaker. Not a happy customer. Shouldn’t need to be waiting 20 mins at the speaker for a pick up. Each time I come here I always have to wait 20 to 30 mins in the drive-through but this time will be my last. I prefer to go to a McDonald’s more farther than me if that means, I will get my food more faster and better customer service
