Placed an order via mobile app while traveling for Thanksgiving. The order was accepted. When I get to the store they were closed and still have yet to issue a cancelation or refund.

This is actually the worst Mc Donald’s on this side of town. They pull you out of drive thru line EVERYTIME and then forget you. After you wait 20 mins for your food it’s cold, your icees are melted, and they’ve forgotten something and you have to call them to bring it out.
The whole drive through timer thing is trash. It just makes them rush you out to look like they are giving you quick service, but really your experience is far from.
I wish I could say this was a rare occurrence but it’s been my experience each and everytime. And for funsies here’s my meted icee from this trip. I’m at 25 minutes parked - one phone call and still no food .

At this point I dont even know why I bother coming to this place on a weekday between 12 and 1...so unorganized and always gets my order wrong...needs better management and a better team

Drive threw was hidious, people were meowing and bsrking like thdy were dogs when trying to order.i dont have time for games exspecially when im on lunch break. I just left and went to piblix and got a sub. Wont be back to this location for sure.

I don’t understand how a restaurant can consistently be so difficult to get menu items from. Anytime you try to get a frappe, smoothie or McFlurry from them it’s like I’m asking them to solve a theoretical physics question. Absolutely abysmal service and just disappointing that I can’t get a sweet treat ever from them.

Food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect. The service is consistently quick, and orders are usually right the first time. It’s a great spot when you want something fast and reliable. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is because it can get a little busy at times and I’ve had a few order inaccuracies, but overall, this location does a great job!

This place is a JOKE. Staff including manager need to be re trained on costumer service. I ordered apple slices as a small snack after my meal, which they were out of, so worker1 offered me a cookie as replacement. I accepted and she walked away. Worker2 walks up to my a few minutes later and asks me if I need anything, I told her I was waiting for my cookie, she goes on with another costumer and after helping that costumer asks me once more if I need something, which I reply once more that I am still waiting for the cookie. Worker3, a manager ends up walking up to me to ask what I was waiting for, A COOKIE once more. She told the other manager, worker4. Worker4 decides to walk to the back of the kitchen and never shows up again. Worker3 noticing a few minutes later I'm still waiting on a cookie asks once more and then goes to the back themselves because they noticed they didn't have the paper for the cookie. It took over 10 minutes to get A COOKIE and 4 employees, 2 of them managers. This place has disappointed me ever since I tried it. The Bartow's Mcdonald's is right down the road and has way better costumer service, better food and I even noticed cheaper prices on the same items.
