Stopped by and Case was working and the service was honestly better than most places I’ve been to. Dude was moving fast, staying polite, and actually seemed like he cared about getting orders right. Food came out hot and everything was on point.

The food took forever, more than 20 minutes, to come out, and the only explanation was that the hamburger was pink in the middle. I almost laughed; this is McDonald's! To their surprise, I've cooked for like 20 years in a fast-paced restaurant. I know what kind of food McDonald's uses.

This is the best McDonalds in the Lakeland area. Food is consistent and prepared well. Fast drive thru, friendly service. I go out of my way to drive to this location if I'm in the mood for McDonald's

I really wanted to shout out this McDonald’s for being a warm and welcoming place. This location never fails to make me smile and feel full. I ordered a burger, and it came out fresh and delicious! While I was eating this burger, I was working on my math homework and struggling. Soon, an employee named CASE noticed my frustration and walked over to help me. He explained my calculus in a very simple and easy to understand manner, which led me to getting a 100 on the test today. Not to mention he did a great job cleaning the interior and there wasn’t a single speck of dirt anywhere in sight! I want everyone to know how great he is at working at McDonalds, and I highly recommend that he gets a raise! He is going above and beyond to make the restaurant feel welcoming, and I’ve never met a better person who would be so kind to a complete stranger. Again, THANK YOU CASE!

The gentleman who brought us our food was the only nice one. The older lady was rude and the manager was rude. The older lady made a huge deal about giving us the drink we ordered even though our receipt showed we ordered and paid for it. It’s not difficult to provide the customer with what they ordered . On top of the rudeness, they were not busy.

930pm is not the time to be here. They dont pay attention to the front at all. Only focusing on the drive through. The self help kiosk machines are malfunctioning, not allowing for payment or the screens have a glitch to them. The staff isn't the greatest and they super ignore you when trying to get their attention. Needs improvement in customer service.

I just watched an employee drop a sauce on the floor and pick it up put it in a bag and walk it out to the customer. In my experience working in restaurants. If something gets dropped on the floor it's considered trash. I personally will never eat at this mcdonalds ever again.

through DoorDash, I ordered some food products and two frappe's. I get a message from my Dasher saying the frappe machine is broken. All I wanted this morning was a coffee so that I could get my day started now I have to go back out after I just spent $30 and go find somewhere else to get a coffee. I have had nothing but problems with this McDonald's from hard buns to nasty sandwiches to broken frappe machines stay away from this McDonald's. I work in fast food and this is not how you take care of your customers. The general manager needs to be evaluated. He obviously isn't doing his job right and doesn't know how to run a Restaurant.
