Three dollars for a large drink, nine dollars for a burger?! You people have forgotten yourselves and the purpose of fast food (being AFFORDABLE!). Don' try to blame it on inflation or increased wages, with McDonalds getting record profits year after year, this franchise owner is just greedy!

The workers are super friendly so I really try to like this place but every time I decide to treat myself to McDonald’s and come to this location the food is awful. I don’t think I’ve ever had melted cheese on any burger, never a bun that wasn’t stale, if I ever got more than one pickle on a burger that’d be my lucky day! But today just ugh, I was served old fries and everyone knows once McDonald’s fries are old there’s no saving em, so I came back through and asked for fresh fries. They asked me to pull up to the 3rd window (which they always do and then forget your sauce so you have to swing back around) and not one minute went by and an employee asked me to try these “new” fries which were the exact same. He took them back and I know just dunked the same fries back in the fryer, which, whatever they still tasted old but at least they were hot! Only problem now is they didn’t add any salt to them after they re dropped them so I had to come home, microwave my burger, and salt my fries before I could eat my mediocre sad McDonald’s. Come on, y’all, I just wanna enjoy my cheat meal!

I haven’t post any reviews but this time I had too. This place always has been slow in their drive thru. Most of the time it would it take like 15-20m wait. But this time they did bad on my order with burning the bun on my food. I hope their service get better, and have better management.
Went into this McDonald's establishment to order a double cheeseburger. Received my burger in a timely manner, service was quick. When I sat to eat my burger, I noticed the meat looked dry and the cheese was cool. I brought it to the server attention, I was told, "that's how it comes and and if I make you a new one, the cheese will be the same way." What she doesn't know is that I've been to this establishment several times and I have never had this problem. I've been eating McDonald's for over 35 years, I've never been told the cheese comes cold. I don't know if they are being trained by a manager that don't care, but you never tell a customer that your cheese will come cold. Double cheeseburgers already triple in price, so you basically telling me a hot burger at that price ($3.49), will come with cold cheese. Quality has left the new days and it's sad. If food is not severed at the right temp, it can cause illnesses. Having cold cheese on a hot burger is not good. Management, if you are reading this, improve your staff knowledge and make sure they are trained in food service because one day someone is going to get really sick.

This review is from the total amount of times I have been to this McDonald’s. I have lived here for 3 years and can confidently say this is the WORST McDonalds in the state. Whether it’s the rude customer service, the messing up EVERY order, the constant lack of certain items, the cleanliness. Everything about this McDonald’s is awful.
I continue to go here since it is a quick drive to my house. Its convenient. But I’ve had it and will not be back.
Some major points that makes the score lower. Fries boxes are only half way filled up. Sandwiches are sloppily put together and 99% of the time the wrong sandwich.
The lobby blasts loud music trying to drive customers out at LUNCH time.
The customer service varies based on the time you visit. The morning employees are very nice. They get the only star for that. But the evening staff is unpleasant. Throw temper tantrums when asked to fix the mistakes they create.
It’s been going on long enough. This McDonald’s needs a full retrain.
For me I’ve had it. Mulberry McDonalds can get my business from now on.
