Twice I have had to wait over 25 minutes in the drive through line. The staff does not move people into drive-through reserved spots or up to the second window. When I finally received my food, it was ice cold, and I had to go inside to ask them to replace it. The restaurant staff were all just standing around in the back and not actually prepping any food while there was a line around the building.

Just went through the drive through and once again was shorted food items. I understand it happening sometimes, but being shorted food is normal at this location. Make sure you check everything before you pull out cause there’s a high chance you aren’t going to get what you pay for

If I didn't go inside asking where my food was I probably would still be out there waiting. They lost my order or something. More than one curbside came and left with their food before I even got my food. Went inside and they finally gathered my food after asking me again what it was. I understand being busy but the constant mess ups and forgotten orders no matter why time I swing by is abhorrent. I can confidently say this is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to.

Awful. Ordered 2 Frappes. A n d it took 30 minutes before I received them correctly. 1st it took 20 minutes to receive the wrong size and the wrong flavor. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to correct order. Insufficient help was not the problem. There were 7 employees working as slow as they could and no leader coordination. Never go back to ANY McDonald's.

Waited for my food for 20 mins only ordered two things went in there to see what was taking a while and they gave attitude and said “YOU MUST BE HAVING A DAY” I was not being rude at all. What kind of customer service is this? Bunch of teenage boys sitting around in their phones cussing joking around not making the food when it’s is order had 6 people waiting in the lobby and 2 people waiting outside on curbside. What is the issue who is in charge is this how yall represent your McDonalds.

Me and my fiancé have been going to this McDonalds for quite some time now and we absolutely love it! every time we go our food is fresh and i can not preach about this enough, the people here are amazing!! all of them are so sweet, especially the managers. Gotta remember to ask for names because they deserve recognition! We have been to tons of McDonalds but this one is by far our favorite!! Definitely recommend for everyone.
