I don't eat mcdonalds came here because my daughter wanted it...ordered at drive thru was told to pull forward to a drive through parking spot and waited while several other cars got served food directly from drive through...her food came out after about ten min of waiting and the order was wrong and missing items so I had to walk inside the restaurant which defeated the whole point of me going through the drive thru in the first place...one and done I'll never come back or bring her here

After a bad experience at the location on Ariana, we came here. I am so glad that we did. First when we walked in we were greeted, then we found clean tables in the dining room. Food came out super fast. Everyone was great and I want to thank Quay in particular for being so nice and coming out to check on us. Restored my faith in McDonalds. Great job.

She made my iced coffee exactly 💯 the way I wanted it! Perfect!
The outside lights were turned off during the late evening hours. I believe this was done so that they looked close and the employees wouldn’t have to work as hard as normal especially since this was on New Year’Eve. The worst part was that our fries were overcooked, possibly fried twice and the large fry wasn’t even filled halfway with fries.

My wife and I just recently went through this location. I tried to order a McRib but was then told it was no longer available even though the sign said McGrib is back in season so advised the cashier to tell the manager remove it from your sign. We ordered a quarter pounder spicy chicken sandwich and six chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce. A very simple order. But somehow it was managed to be messed up by not including the barbecue sauce. I tried to call the location multiple times to speak with a manager and all I got was a busy signal so that tells me they just took the phone off the hook. This is obviously a location that lacks any leadership or manager ability or capability of following through with what they say show and advertise. Bottom line pathetic fire everybody level it and replace it with a Burger King!
