The problem is the same as all McDonald's, they don't give priority to customers, there is a lot of waiting and there is only one employee in front, the others see you from the back and don't care about anything at all.

The manager is a joke. She tried saying that she couldn’t give me a receipt. The young man who helped me (while being berated and questioned the entire time) was great. Super patient, nice and should be the manager instead of her. I said “I have to have a receipt” her replys-“I don’t know” “what happened” you don’t know what? The situation was explained several times. I just needed a receipt but you just wanted to act grumpy. Please do a little better, also was not busy at all at the time. Just me in the lobby and no cars in drive through.

Stopped in Sunday for lunch and ordered a Dr Pepper, got Coke. Ordered Big Mac got a McDouble with 3 pieces of bun, no speacial sauce. Bathroom floor has urine all over. French fries, though hot, was inedible due to being cooked in old oil. Not sure why reviews are higher than other nearby stores. Is this really McDonalds? Still scratching my head.

We ordered two LG drinks which tasted fine. But the straws are completely defective. The first one broke putting in the lid. Used it anyway and then it collapsed on itself while trying to drink. Threw that one away and got the other in without breaking. It collapsed on itself while taking the first sip. What the heck mcd. You already charge 4star restaurant prices for sub park food and now you have to give straws that don't work? Fix this.
SRCOND DRIVE THRU LINE IS IGNORED. Have had issues getting into the second drive thru line on multiple occasions, and been ignored while they take other cars order for 10 minutes straight. Happened at least 4 times now to me alone.

Update: pretty upset I ordered extra onions and there were non on my dry burger. Update: I don't know if there's new management or what, but this is by far the best McDonald's in the area. Lately this McDonald's has been on point, correct order the first time, hot and fresh!!!
This his particular location is a hit and miss.. Sometimes fresh hot food, sometimes cold or re cooked/over cooked, sometimes grease dropping everywhere. But it's McDonald can't expect much.

Waited 5 min to be served and 10 min for food. All I ordered was a large fry and a soda. Considering there was no one ordering inside and only a couple cars in drive thru, that’s insanely bad.
With that said, the person who took my order was very nice and the fries came out pretty decent, better than usual.
The good ends there though. No drink machine on the floor, so you’d have to wait the forever for service. When I got my drink the outside wasn’t cleaned so I had soda on the sides and bottom and top of the drink cup (and no napkins to clean with because they too are no available on the floor. I eventually got napkins with my food that 10 min later.
The bathroom, disgusting, looks like a pipe blew up. The restaurant floor, even more disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The SINGLE trash can inside, overflowing with no help insight.
This location is just simply run/maintained horribly. Fire the restaurant management. It’s not that hard, I’ve been to countless other restaurants that are clean or at least MUCH cleaner. This place is a mess, but at least they had one decent employee.
Parking: parking was a travesty. No one was inside in the dining space, but every parking spot by the door that wasn’t driven thru or curbside was filled… but none in the back, far away from the front door, were taken. This means employees parked in the spots for guests. Also, 10!? Spots for curbside!? WTH!? The entire time I was there only one other person parked in one of those spots… both of us had gone inside. No one used the curbside. Terrible design.

As far as McDonald's experiences go, this was 5* for me. I paid $1 today and got 10 nuggets and medium fry through the app with points and the $1 nugget deal. Fries were fresh and crispy. Employee was pleasant and my food was ready within 2-3 minutes after ordering. 👍
