Even after ordering on the app so I could get my order on time. I still have to wait for 10 mins more. I don't understand why I use the app to get me order fast but I still have to wait.

I thought this McDonalds deserved for me to take the time to leave a review. I went through drive through on 11/8/25 and customer service was on point. The staff were very nice polite. My order was correct fast and fresh. I especially liked that as I was handed my food the lady at the second window said thank you and come see us again with a smile. and that right there deserves 5 stars.as we all know most places now days lack customer service. I will be coming here again after this great experience.

French fries were disgusting and taste like old grease’ paid five dollars for a large French vanilla coffee, double caramel drizzle double whipped cream brought it out. It was pure water. So they had me pull up to remake the coffee and still come out sloppy and disgusting

Time and time again, they have the nerve to charge for extra sauce..Like, what is one syrup supposed to do for three thick pancakes, or one sauce for ten nuggets?! And then, on top of that, they still forget the sauces e-v-e-r-y-t-i-m-e or leave out part of the meal. It’s so incompetent and beyond frustrating, especially with how expensive they’ve gotten while the service just keeps sucking.

I didn't have a highlight. I have been a regular customer for McD whether around or on a trip. You may think a petty matter, but to me it wasn't. I've had to limit my trips there lately due to higher prices, the which is the most ridiculous is your drinks. Not only are those prices too high for a fast food drive-thru, but then you are asked to donate to RM House. It takes the money that normally I would yes to pay the overcharge on my drink. Not only that, but quality of meals are not as good anymore. Not that you really care, but MCD will be off my list of stops

They dont be changing their gloves, you can taste the cross contamination. They always have you wait, even when you order online. Food is old half the time. For how expensive mcdonalds has gotten, it for sure has gotten to the bottom of the barrel for fast food. Wendy's for the win!

The problem is the same as all McDonald's, they don't give priority to customers, there is a lot of waiting and there is only one employee in front, the others see you from the back and don't care about anything at all.
The manager is a joke. She tried saying that she couldn’t give me a receipt. The young man who helped me (while being berated and questioned the entire time) was great. Super patient, nice and should be the manager instead of her. I said “I have to have a receipt” her replys-“I don’t know” “what happened” you don’t know what? The situation was explained several times. I just needed a receipt but you just wanted to act grumpy. Please do a little better, also was not busy at all at the time. Just me in the lobby and no cars in drive through.

The Office is in the second floor but you need to go around the street to found the entrance with the stairs.

Stopped in Sunday for lunch and ordered a Dr Pepper, got Coke. Ordered Big Mac got a McDouble with 3 pieces of bun, no speacial sauce. Bathroom floor has urine all over. French fries, though hot, was inedible due to being cooked in old oil. Not sure why reviews are higher than other nearby stores. Is this really McDonalds? Still scratching my head.
