This employees are not friendly at all. Not a thank you, not even a you're welcome. I was waiting for soda refill, and employees passing by completely ignoring me. I stopped going to the one at havendale because of the crackheads and thisbone because of costumer service. Looks like they hate their jobs. Not coming back.

We waited in the drive-thru for about 10-15 minutes. We got tired of waiting so we figured if we went inside it'd be faster, NOT!! All of the "waiting" spots were empty.

Eat fast or they'll kick you out after 30 minutes. It's hard to get a team member's attention. No refills on soda. However, they still serve the same McDonald's menu. I know I won't be back.

Kid-friendliness: Not really. No play area.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes! A flat roll from the parking lot to the restaurant entrance.

Service was terrible and employees were rude. Once I got my food they forgot the entire happy meal for my son. Once that was handled and we were home I took a bite from my burger and they left the wrapper for the meat patty in my sandwich. Highly disappointed.

I order a bunch of breakfast items from this location and got my 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches wrong. It was suppose to be sausage egg and cheese McMuffins but instead got 2 sausage egg and cheese McGriddles. I brought it back to get the right sandwiches and they told me, “we ran out of muffins”. So my thoughts are why would you just substitute the sandwiches and not ask before doing so, what if I had allergens to the item they chose for me? All they had to do was ask if I wanted a replacement item, instead of just assuming and giving me something I don’t eat! Now I was giving an I owe you instead of getting the breakfast I paid for. I will say Sabrina (the manager) did a great job resolving this situation.

Lovely Bones

This location has the worse curbside ever. The little short lady in the mornings who delivers the curbside orders is very overwhelmined with the multitasking. After sitting waiting for over 5mins for my order. I went inside only to see that my order was just sitting on a tray never touched. The workers inside weren't very helpful at all. Do better with their service and orders

Getting your order right is a hit and miss its a 50 50 shot if you ask for salt or pepper if it will be in your bag and if your large fries is even half full
