Use curbside just for a frappe took almost 20 minutes. I finally went inside to see what was taking so long noticed My drink was sitting on the counter and when I talk to the manager to find out what was taking so long for one item he walked over, grabbed it and gave it to me withno apology from the manager.

This store is very small. I waited for three minutes at the front desk before someone came to take my order. Moreover, the air conditioning in this store is not strong enough. I didn't feel any coolness at all.

Ordered my meal threw app. Got my #. Went to pick it up and they claim I'm at the wrong location. I pull up to the window, show my info. They say I'm at the correct store, but can't process my #!!!!
Spoke to a manager, they would not help me. Told me to call a customer service line, but never gave me a #.
Horrible customer service!
I'd rate them a 0 if it was an option..

THIS FIVE STAR REVIEW IS DEDICATED TO DANIEL ONLY!!! HE WAS MANNING THE ORDER COUNTER THIS MORNING, 09/03/25, WHEN BREAKFAST WAS TRANSITIONING TO LUNCH, AND HE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. IT WAS BUSY, CUSTOMERS WERE FRUSTRATED, BUT DANIEL DID HIS BEST TO HELP CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU SO MUCH DANIEL FOR GETTING ME MY TINY TAN HAPPY MEAL. PLEASE BE KIND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY’RE DOING THEY’RE BEST TO HELP YOU. THEY DON’T WANT TO MAKE MISTAKES OR DEAL WITH FRUSTRATIONS THE SAME AS YOU.

While the pockets on my pants are bigger than the parking lot for this location... The staff is always super friendly, my order has never been wrong, and they are fast. This location is clearly being managed properly.
