They told us to park to wait for frys and 10 min latter we had to get down and ask for the food because the Woman Manager that told us to park with the we are waitting on frys excuse, never showed up with the food!! Thank you for trying but do better!

Every negative review here hits the nail on the head. This place should be avoided at all costs/condemned. McDonald’s has basically done away with ordering at the counter, which is fine. Their rules not mine. As a result you order through a kiosk or at your table and provide the table number. Again their rules not mine. The problem is when the people that work at the location couldn’t give 3 s#%* about you. We ordered 2 McFlurry’s and entered the table number in the app and sat at our table as instructed. After about 20 minutes my wife and 4 year old were getting restless/wondering where it was. We went up to the counter and after getting the attention of someone they said oh yeah it’s sitting right here and pointed to the counter. They had been sitting there melting for who knows how long. No attempt to let anyone know it was ready. Nobody cares here. It’s a wasteland.

The people were so polite!! Our order was correct the 1st time and didn't take long to receive!! Nice job McDonalds!!!! Probably my only time giving a 5 star review to a McDonald's !!

I have visited this McDonalds several times because it is near my home. I will drive further but never visit this one again. Every time I have issues or they just don’t have system. I use mobile app every time I order at McDonalds. This time I went to the drive through and was greeted with, “ Hi we are sorry we won’t have no system for like 15 to 20 minutes”. So I let them know I had placed a mobile order, so I already payed. When I get to the window the employee asked me to park because there is no food ready. This is almost an hour after opening and no food cooked. McDonald’s would make more money closing this location. The money is being paid to employees who do not want to work so they just say they don’t have system. That’s a shame!
I never post 1 star reviews but this is the exception. 5 employees walked by and would not take my order. I refuse to use the kiosk. So we left. Thank you McDonald's, because of your refusal to take orders at the counter, I haven't eaten there in 2 years. Saved me from breaking the trend.

On my way home from a long drive back to Gainesville. My friend and I pulled over for a quick bite to eat. Heck, you can't go wrong with McDonald's right? WRONG!!! This McDonald's smelled like raw sewage as soon as you opened the door. We were going to eat in, but the smell ruined that plan, and the fact that the air conditioner must have been set to 50 degrees. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands, it was filthy. Toilet paper and piss all over the floor. Just horrible. Would have walked out if we weren't so hungry. I ordered a fish sandwich, my friend a double cheeseburger and small fry. Went back in our car to eat. Between the smell and freezing inside, it was our only choice. Even the food was horrible. My fish was cold, no cheese on it with a lady bug amount of tartar sauce. My friend's double cheeseburger was cold and the bread was hard, fries were cold also. I got out of my car and threw this horrible meal in the trash. Now I know why there were no cars in the parking lot or the Drive-thru. It was 7pm, McDonald's is usually packed at this time. Don't know who the Manager, or District Mgr. is but this facility needs a complete overhaul, half the employees were outside, and their friends or family members were taking over the lobby. My opinion DON'T STOP
