Went through the drive through. Asked for condiments and was told she would put them in the bag. Glad we looked...no condiments in the bag. It might not sound like a big deal but it just shouldn't be that hard. And...not especially friendly, either.

Every time I come here, the staff is always extremely friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious and I feel like it’s hard to find a good McDonald’s. I go out my way to go this one because I know I won’t be disappointed.

I just left this establishment. I have been before about twice. I went inside because I was ordering for six. Big mistake! First off, I have not been inside a McDonald's in years. I enter, and no one is at the front. Employees pass through and say nothing. I had to ask if someone could help me, mistake #2. The young lady takes my order and repeats it twice. I wait, the order comes up, and I briefly review it, trying to get out of there. Of course, I get home, and I am missing food that I paid for, #3! Needless to say, I will not go to this McDonald's ever again. Rude, slow and inefficient.

Horrible experience, they are lazy and slow, we were picking up an already prepared order and it still took almost 20 min in the drive through with just 4 people in front of us, by the time we got to the window to pick up and order that was already done (we could see it sitting there) and paid for, the person just kept looking out the window at as over and over and just ignored us for another 3-4 min. Completely ridiculous.

I ordered a Delux Cheese Burger and the meat was still red, definitely undercooked. I ate almost half of it before my wife noticed. I hope I don’t get sick!
If I could give a negative star, I would give them -10 for service. Ordered 2 drinks, a fry, big mac and a chicken sandwich on the app. Sat in the mobile order parking spot for 27 minutes before someone came out with our food, and they STILL forgot the drinks, so had to wait again. This is NOT FAST food.

Dirty As HELL!! Can’t believe they are still in business. I asked the worker with the LONG BLACK HAIR WEAVE which was down to her bottom and was NOT COVERED WITH A HAIR NET if my order was called because someone may have taken it…she then gets an attitude saying she doesn’t know and basically wasn’t going to check either. She then says that orders are not left out in the open with an attitude lol. The next thing I know my order is called and LEFT OUT IN THE OPEN ON THE DAMN COUNTER.

Worse service ever! Especially in the early mornings. From the managers to the regular employees just no respect nor decorum. My order was wrong after waiting 15-20 mins on my 30 min lunch break so I couldn’t come back and return it. Called numerous times w.o an answer. When I finally returned the items along with the receipt the manager asked well what did you expect the food to look like after you brought it back a few hours later? Maim the food looked like this when I received it! Oil was old asf food was burned asf!!! And refused to simply remake or compensate for another item just insisted on a refund which I had to wait 5-10 business days for….

Sorry the person in front was rude not welcoming at all we waited over 20 min for service all tables we’re dirty including floors I had to ask for napkins so I can clean the table I was sitting on. We got the food to eat in we got it in a bag and no drinks. I feel the management needs reviewing
