Stopped here on 3/14/26 went inside to eat. After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes I was told they didnât have enough staff to take my order and to use the kiosk. I informed them the kiosk doesnât let me change the order how I want it, was told again doesnât matter they would not take my order. Very rude attitude. When I asked for the number to the general manager then they wanted to take my order. Go elsewhere this is the reason McDonalds has fallen in the fast food ranks. Go to Culverâs!!

store is not honoring own survey coupons. store Manager on duty a middle aged white lady with out name tag not willing to talk with customers sending minor employee to counter while she hiding behind the bagging counter.

đŻ excellent service for a large company breakfast order. I called and used mobile app, which I was not familiar with. They were so helpful on the phone and the manager was awesome!! No one seemed flustered at all with my large order and it was done quickly!! I so appreciate everyone who was working this morning, March 6, 2026!! You Rock and we appreciate your service. We look forward to ordering company meals here again!!

Usually come here to just get a quick bite and try my best to give them a chance since every now and then, they are good. But it seems that every single time theyâve been way less than satisfactory. They donât want to work & consistently give hard, old fries. Burgers tend to always be broken apart or folded weirdly

Love that this McDonald's has a play place and still has open fountain drinks available. Food was fresh and made exactly how we wanted it. Employees were nice and attentive. Also it was Very clean!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. We ordered through the app and waited over 20 minutes just to get told we needed to wait another two minutes. Waited another 10 minutes to find out they cleared the order gave it to someone else. Then when we finally get our food it was cold and they forgot to give our entire order and now nobody will answer the phone and we have been calling for ivermectin half an hour We will never go to this location ever again they are horrible. Needs a new staff for sure
