Seem to have a hard time paying attention to what goes on most orders infront of them sloppy at its best and mistakes are made daily. Don't know how any of the kitchen staff keeps their jobs with so many issues.

Been inside this establishment many times. Could be 12 workers there and not one of them will acknowledge you when you walk in. They will repeatedly walk by you no eye contact. It's such an embarrassment that staff is like this. A simple hello, we'll be right with you anything really but nope you get crickets. I understand the future is self service kiosk with no person ordering but to blatantly ignore customers is next level

It took me 45 minutes at around 12 am to get thru this place I should’ve just left holy moly I’ve never experience a “fast” food place this slow in my LIFE there were only like 6 cars in front of me

🍔 We stopped by this McDonald’s on our way to the beach, and it was… an experience 😅
I ordered the #7 (two breakfast burritos) with no cheese because I really don’t like processed cheese. I’ve ordered it this way before, but this time they said they couldn’t do it because it “comes with cheese already.” Not true 🙄—they just didn’t want to accommodate it. Either way, I ended up eating it, but could only handle one because the cheese was way too much.
My husband is super picky about bacon—he likes it crispy—and this was definitely not it. It was soggy sadness 🥓😬 (see photo… it tells the story). He ended up tossing it.
Also, the girl at the speaker could’ve had a little more enthusiasm—it felt like we were interrupting her day 😐
That said, we usually have decent experiences here. It is fast food, after all, and it did the job for the moment 🍟 It filled our bellies and got us back on the road.

Staff was rude including manager on shift. We waited 40 minutes for food and burgers were cold but fries were warm. Took even longer after food was given to us for us to get a drink. They never apologized to us.

Ordered a large meal through the app, went through the drive through got my food no drink so I had to ask the man for my drink, I checked the bag saw fries and my burger so all looked good got home the fries were a medium instead. Just even more upset because McDonald’s doesn’t make it easy for you to get your money back I searched all through their app but nothing sends you directly to a missing food or items page which is just straight up preying upon the public. As well as the last few times I’ve been here the fries have been salted to the point to where they aren’t edible anymore.

This is the first McDonald's that I've been to in a long time that the food was actually hot not dry crunchy perfect all I can just say is perfect the soda was a not flat. Great job to this branch of McDonald's.

The service is was the worst ever and by the time we got our food it was all cold the staff had no customer service and I would definitely not recommend going there And we have just finished our food and they gave my dad the wrong wrap and it was spicy he didn’t order the spicy one what if he was allergic to spicy food and we come from England and service is 10 times better.
